(I don't want this story to also be about like covid so pretend that corona doesn't exist lol. And I will mention that y/n is voting but this story is about as summer but don't mind that lol)

It's raining...
Ace: y/n! We have to go!
Y/n: yea yea I'm coming!
Yesterday was my 18th birthday, it's crazy how fast time goes. I wish I could stay as a teen longer, but it's time to grow up, put on my big girl pants. As a last goodbye to my teenage life me and Acelynn are going on a trip to New York over the summer. We have been dreaming about this since we where like 11 years old. The Big Apple where everything is possible. One day your thrown out of a cab and the next you're a babysitter for three kids living in an penthouse (yes I'm talking about Jessie).

The day before my birthday my boyfriend Kyle broke up with me to start dating my enemy Ella. This bitch in my school. She used to be one of my teammates when I played soccer, but I quit because this other bitch started a rumor about me like 4 years ago and turned almost everyone against me. Like who does that!? Anyways I found out that she only was jealous of me. But soccer wasn't that fun when all your "friends" are snakes. Back to Kyle, he was a fuckboy anyways with awful taste in fashion, so I was better of without him. Skater boys has my heart and will always have.

Now we're in a cab on our way to the airport. Ace and I are holding hands, nervous to possibly be starting our new lives. I made sure to go vote before the trip, and I was so happy that Biden won I was speechless the whole day and when the evening came we celebrated with loads of "water".
Ace and I have always been best friends,over the years we've developed this crazy wired humor none gets, but I'm so great full to be having such a special bond between us. It's truly rare. And we're both bad bitches af, so we go great together!

I made sure to put on a comfortable but still drippy outfit so everyone can watch me slay the airport, I always feel like I'm on a runway when I'm at the airport, it's really fun. I feel like I always have to where a nice outfit to give me a confidence boost because even tho I know I am a bad bitch, I'm really anxious and insecure on the inside. That's why I love fashion, it makes me embrace my true me and let's me shine like I've always wanted.
Oh look, we're here! I'm so exited.

Ace: y/n, y/n look! There! They're so cuteeee!
She's referring to a bunch of guys...
Ace: I think I recognize some of them from tiktok, I've seen them on my fyp.
Y/n: Really? I haven't . They must be on straight tiktok, like with charli and Addison. Wait, is that Addison?
Ace: omg it is! We have to go introduce us!!
Y/n: Wait, n-no.
I didn't get to finish my sentence before she literally dragged med towards them. But this is one of the things I love about Acelynn. She doesn't get embarrassed or shy when it comes to meeting new people, I wish I was like that.
Ace: Hi! I recognize you guys from tiktok. I love your videos.
Addison: Aww, and we love you! What's your names?
Y/n: Hi, I'm y/n and this is Acelynn. I'm sorry we don't want to be intruding to much, we just wanted to say hi.
I saw this really really cute guy behind some people, I noticed he looked at me too but fast looked away when I noticed.
Bryce: Oh, no it's okay, it's very early in the morning and not many people here, so we're chill, where are you guys heading?
Ace: we're going to New York, and you?
Bryce: we're also going there, we're collabing with some people. But we also wanted to take a trip all together, so we're staying there for almost the whole summer.
Y/n: oh that's so cool because we're also staying the whole summer!
I felt those eyes on me again.
The boy: You guys wanna hang with us?
I saw that it was Vinnie Hacker, he's my little tiktok crush. I've seen him sometimes and thought he was cute. He stood next to Anthony, I've seen them dancing on Vinnies videos.
Y/n: yeah, that would be awesome!
He smiled at me.

We walked to the gate, me talking to Addison and Acelynn talking with Jaden, I think she likes him, she have a thing for musicians. But I noticed looks from Mads. At the gate I noticed I haven't have the time to go buy snacks for the flight. A must for me.
I told Ace where I was going and she nodded, told me to buy something for her too. I saw that we walked buy a 7/11 or something so I decided to go there.
As I stood in the store Vinnie walked up to me.
V: Hungry?
Y/n: Yea, I need my snacks for the flight, and you?
V: No, I just came here to talk to you.
Y/n: Really?
V: Haha, no, I'm here to buy snacks too, but I'd also like to get to know you.
Y/n: oh, heh, um okey.
Ugh, why do I get so awkward and nervous, I have to save this convo fast.
Y/n: So, you're going to be in New York all summer huh?
V: yes, I've never been there before but I already love it.
Y/n: Same! Me and Ace are doing this trip because it's our dream to go to New York. I'm in love with it.
V: I feel you. So, what is your go-to snack?
Y/n: Skittles, Doritos and a Monster.
V: Skittles? What are you, 5?
Y/n: Ass! What's wrong with skittles! What, you have any better?
V: Uh, yeah?! Sour patch kids.
Y/n: I've never tried those.
V: What?! Come, there's so much you have to learn.
