Feeling

"She was annoying wow," said Illumi flatly, brushing his fingers over his lips where Hisoka's lips had just been.

"Come on," Hisoka said, watching the girl go, clearly disgusted at her efforts, but complimenting her exquisite taste in men. Hisoka grabbed Illumi's arm, pulling him up.

"My scone," he said disappointedly, reaching back.

Hisoka sighed and reached over the black haired man, taking the scone and stuffing it all in his mouth. "Whaf sconah?" he said, choking on it.

"You ate my scone," he said sadly, looking at the now empty plate.

"We're leaving now!" Hisoka announced, pulling Illumi along with him.

"But I want another on-"

"No, we're leaving."

Illumi waved to the barista before Hisoka dragged him out of the plain coffee shop. "Where are we going?" Illumi asked tiredly, apparently this day was not going to be relaxing. 

"To your house."

"I'm like ninety percent sure acquaintances don't invite themselves into the other one's house," Illumi said, yawning and continuing to let Hisoka pull him along the road.

"I knew you were mad about that," Hisoka whispered under his breath reaching the apartment complex. 

"Then again I'm also sure acquaintances don't kiss other acquaintances so maybe I'm just at a loss," he said, looking genuinely confused.

"We're here," Hisoka sighed, letting Illumi walk up the stairs on his own. 

"Okay, thanks for walking me home?" Illumi asked, going to unlock his door. "Bye? What do you want from me," Illumi asked, putting the key in the lock.

"I don't think we're just acquaintances I was just being professional cause my dad's an asshole," he said grumpily, looking away from the confused other.

"Oh. Okay then," he said flatly turning away. 

Yeah screw this, Hisoka thought to himself  moving slightly forward and putting his arms around the torso of the still hesitant Illumi. He rested his head on him, feeling the way his back immediately straightened and he froze.

"What the hell are you doing," Illumi said quietly, turning extremely red.

Hisoka rested his head on Illumi's shoulder, practically talking directly in his ear, "You make me... really happy."

He turned around slowly. Hisoka straightened up, staring at him coolly. Illumi dragged his finger along Hisoka's jaw line, admiring how utterly beautiful he was. "I think," he coughed, "I think i would like to kiss you now," he whispered, leaning in before pushing his lips together lightly. It was nice, and Hisoka clearly didn't mind.

Hisoka moved forward, putting one hand on the wall and the other on Illumi's side, holding him delicately, like he was a doll. He pulled away. "Illumi, I think that I might've fallen in love with you." he looked down, not daring to make eye contact.

"You deserve someone better," Illumi said strongly, knowing Hisoka would leave him but not daring to ruin the rest of his life due to his own selfish feelings. Hisoka deserved someone better than him, someone who knew what they were doing.

"I think you're amazing Illu, I don't need anyone better."

"I'm not right for you." he shook his head violently. "Please, I shouldn't be as selfish as to take you and make you unhappy. I'm not good at emotion. I don't know how to do this kind of thing."

"You mean so much to me, really you do," he said quietly. "I don't want to take finding someone who can treat you correctly away from you." He looked up, small tears falling from his eyes and passing down his sad smile. 

"Illumi," Hisoka said softly. "I'm so sorry," he said before Illumi bolted down the stairs and out the door, not knowing how to correctly deal with this type of thing.

Hello!! I am indeed alive, sorry I haven't updated bungo stray dogs is taking up my entire life at this point.

This story is going to come to a close soon T_T I don't know when... but it will soon. Thank you all for reading and sticking with me and. my very cringy writing, I appreciate it ^_^.
