kirari had been looking at her less.

it was unnoticed at first, but over time those blue eyes of hers stopped staring at her. she had stopped laughing with her too, and stopped talking to her except to ask her to do things for her.

it broke y/n's heart.

but she convinced herself that she still loved her.

because she did, right?

she did.

she did.

she did.

did she?

y/n bit her lip as she opened the door to see sayaka and kirari laughing happily. she had returned from inspecting the classrooms like kirari had ordered for her to do, and she was tired. she was hoping she'd get a hug or something from kirari, but that didn't seem likely as kirari told her to pack up for the day before leaving y/n in the room by herself. usually she'd walk y/n home.

she wanted to cry out of frustration, but she held her tears back as she began packing. every book she shoved into her bag, she shoved it in with the anger she felt.

she had no idea why kirari was acting this way toward her, just a while ago she was happily with y/n, but it was like a switch flipped in her and she started being cold to her.

she swung the bag over her shoulder and pulled out her phone, swiping through the pictures of her and kirari together. pictures she had secretly snapped, pictures that were willingly taken, or just silly pictures.

she missed it.

laughter caught her attention and she looked up from her phone to see a familiar back of a white haired girl and a purple haired girl walking together.

tears started sliding down her cheeks without her realising.

she still loved her, right?
