"It's because that's just how the type of person you are, always going around in circles, just to stand on your principles," he caressed the red-haired emperor's cheeks which are now wet from the serene stream of tears, gently flowing from his eyes down to his skin.
"Tetsuya, I..."
"I understand. You don't have to explain anything."
The tealnette shifted on his seat and neared close to the taller man's face and with a beautiful melancholy, planted a kiss on the man's lips.
"Can I do it myself? I'm afraid I won't die peacefully if someone's able to say that they took the life of the King of thieves haha," the younger laughed making his teeth appear and that person in front of him just clenhed his fist and gave the syringe with his hands quivering.
"Tetsuya, I lik-"
"No, don't say it, Akashi-kun. I'm afraid I won't be able to stop myself if you say that. At least, gave me some face, oh god, why am I crying?"
The young thief rubbed his eyes with the back of his hands but it wasn't able to stop his moistening eyes glistening from his drops of sadness. And so did Akashi. And he badly wished that he could stop those glistening stream from further venturing down this beautiful entity's face.
"Ne, Akashi-kun, can you hold my hand just this time?"
The emperor didn't replied. He gripped the tealnett's thin hand of the thief before kissing the knuckles. This made the younger smiled contently despite the raging upstream of whatever is flowing down on his face.
"Don't take too long, Akashi-kun. I'm getting bored without you."
"I won't, Tetsuya. I'll be seeing you soon."
"Then, I'm glad."
The King of thieves closed his eyes and smiled deeply as he did the lethal shot by himself. His breathes gradually turned slower but that didn't hinder him from gripping the older man's hand, wanting to feel more of the guy in front of him. And then, the room was filled by a roar of cries, leaving the emperor in the cold walls of the interrogation room.
