The sky was clear, it was filled with countless stars shining immensely throughout the horizon as far as the human eye can go. The waves of the coast keep clashing on the edges of the seawall. And on that edge stood a frail man wearing thin clothes not enough to shield himself from the cold of the sea breeze.

His heart raced against his chest, the hammering sensation of longing and misery readying themselves to come out of the frail teal-head man's ribs.

After hearing what happened at the fleet of Rakuzan, the phantom can't help but to moisten his already deep layered eyes from the ton of crying and worry. 

"You said you'll return..." He clinched his fist, tight enough to hurt his palm as it started bleeding crimson lustrous shade of red. The wind hit his face as it disheveled his hair while standing on the edge of the coast just above the cruel vast sea.

"Akashi-kun, you're really cruel," the teal-head sobbed as he wiped his tears but to no avail. His clothes messed up by the horrendous wind. As if a thin stature at the middle of countless possibilities, his feet started nearing the empty edges of the coast.

"I'll be seeing you soon," his eyes closed. He didn't realized what came over him but rather than feeling his body clashing against the waves, he felt salvation underneath the deep blue sea.

'And just like our love, I couldn't help but to cry as the ocean took you away from me'

Thinking about it, he already knew in his heart that he won't survive by the next summer. Rather than fighting against it, he chose to cherish and embrace it. Because that is love. To intensify one's presence.

He's just like jack who won the ticket by chance. Even if he's given the chance not to, he'll do it again. He would have had stepped into the ship without hesitation- if not, he would have never met that person.

So what's the point of being able to live outside the freezing hallway when you're not frozen together?

Because meeting him is the most gorgeous thing that happened into his life.
