|-Railings-|

I woke up at 2 AM as I went out to the balcony, light footsteps echoing in the empty halls of my apartment.  The midnight breeze kissed my skin the moment I hit the doors open. The night is still young, I can still hear the sounds of vehicles passing between the street lights of Tokyo.

"Tetsuya, I can't imagine having you settle on a place like this," cold masculine voice filled the silence of the outside I was longing to.

I just hummed as I did not turn my head really not wanting to know if it was really him. Feeling the cold surface of the shiny silvery steel, I grabbed the railings of my balcony as I tip toed to look at what's beneath us.

There were running cars on the street, people who came from work, and buildings that are still awake.

"Tetsuya, look at me," my chest ached to the thick and solid voice of his.

"I lived a good life"

I said while looking upwards traveling from where the human eye ends. The horizon of houses and buildings that seemed to be stitched together.

It was dark, the sky is covered by big pale clouds that stretches far as one can see. Below is the busy street of Tokyo city slowly falling into the edge of the night.

"Thank you, Akashi-kun,”  I finally turned my head to the opposite railing of my balcony. 23 seconds. It took me 23 seconds to look at him, wanting him back.

There he was on his perfect red locks and that red scissor he always loved to throw. His hair glazed into the wind as he looked at me with his heterochromatic eyes with a beautiful grin to match.
