Chapter 2

MICHAEL'S POV

It was very strange having that meeting with that girl. Like all I wanted was some pizza. Once we had met her I had instantly felt a connection, I want to know more about her. She might be some fan, but I believe that she is special. Normal fans would freak out and faint and scream if we met them. She was different, she didn't freak out. I just want to know more about her.

"Guys!!!!! Band meeting. Now!!" Shouts Ashton.

"5 sauce!!! Assemble!!!" Cheekily said Calum.

We all arrive at the lounge room of our band house. We sat on the White leather lounge.

"So, we are having our meeting to discuss our encounter with Jessica Rose Grace. She is a girl of the age of 18. She has brown hair and brown eyes. We all need to hear each other's opinion of her now." Ashton says.

"Well, I think she is very mysterious. I want to know more about her, she seems like she has my heart on halt." I say.

The boys look at me with discomfort. All of their eyes saddened by what I said. This was when we all realised that we all had the same feelings for her.

"I- I think we all feel the same way about her."

Luke's very heartbroken words have made us eye off each other. This is going to be a fight to the end.

"Oi guys. Why don't we go to the beach during sunset to get our mind off her." I suggested

Every nodded, knowing that only one of us will get the girl.

JESSICA'S POV

My encounter with the boys have really scared me. I am not sure, but I believe that they all might have a crush on me. If it was true, I would become the destroyer of 5 Seconds Of Summer. 'Cos they will fight for me and have arguments. Then the band will break up. I don't want this to happen. The fans still need them.

So I have been very bored today, there is just nothing to do. What is there to do? I glanced over to the clock to see the amazing ticking action, 6:00pm. I thought that it would be a nice time to go to cool myself down. I immediately got dressed into a baby blue bikini and wore my beach out fit over it.

I walked slowly across the shore line, fighting the cool breeze across my face. It was quiet and peaceful. Just how I liked it when I get bored. The tingling of sand across my feet settled in with great warmth. The orange sun that was once yellow at the horizon. As soon as I looked up to reality I see Luke and the boys and ran back home. Unfortunately, Luke manages to catch up with Calum right behind.

LUKE'S POV

The cool wind kept messing up my hair, I continuously fix it. Beside me I have Calum and Michael, with Ashton beside Calum. The setting sun created a beautiful portrait that one would only dream of seeing. The yellow orange sun amongst a orange to purple sky. This sun glowing dark on the ocean. And to complete it, a girl slowly walking along the shore.

As looked more closely at the girl, she had brown hair, and tanned skin. Once she had her eyes locked onto mine for 2.5 seconds, I realised who she was. It was the girl we met at the shops. Jessica. She quickly turned and ran in the opposite way. My first instinct was to also run after her.

"Jess!!" I shout "Jess!! Wait up!!!"

She attempts to ignore me and continued running. Fortunately, I had managed to catch up to her. She slows down with defeat.

"So, we meet again" I say with big breathes.

"What do you want?" She asks incredibly rudely.

"Nothing. Just came here to say hi." I embarked back. She rolls her brown eyes.

"Well, then just leave me alone." She says with quite disappointment.

By the sound of her angelic voice, she was worried about something. Something that she is too scared to face it herself.

CALUM'S POV

As soon as I saw Luke run towards the Jess, I ran straight after him. Like I do like her as well, but this is a matter of subtle competition. We don't want the fans to end up hating her, just cos we all fought over her. I don't want anyone hurt.

I slowly run to a stop where I see Luke flirting, and Jess acting back. The anger quickly boils inside me but soon realises, that me and Luke are brothers. I cool down and casually walk towards them.

"Nothing, just came here to say hi." Luke says in an obvious flirtatious manner.

"Well, then just leave me alone." Jess says back.

I can easily tell by the sadness in her eyes, that she was disappointed. Well, one thing is for sure is that I'm am gonna win her heart. And if I don't, make sure the world doesn't give her hate.

"Oi Luke!!" I say

"Yea Cal??" He responds

"We should probably go home now. It is getting quite late. Oh, umm, hey Jess, how's your day been?"

"Uh, it has been alright. I guess." She loudly mutters.
