Chapter 1 - Giving In

It was a cloudy day. Steve was walking slowly because he was badly injured after fighting with Shawn. His eyes closed shut as he falls and fainted.

Steve slowly opened his eyes. He looked out the window and saw a variety of animals. He didn't recognise any of them. He turned around and saw Rines standing right behind him. His legs were hovering above the marble floor. Rines told Steve to rest and asked him who he fought with.

"Shawn," Steve said with fear in his voice.

"It's ok Steve I'll take care of him." Said Rines

Suddenly, Rines disappeared. Steve felt like someone was looking at him. He observed the room and suddenly a portal opened under him. He fell into a dark room.

At a village. Shawn and his friends were looting the village. Rines was a few meters away from the village. He summoned his hammer and awakened the dead.

From the village clock tower, Shawn saw an army of the undead. Shawn warned his friends that a wave of monsters was coming towards them. Nina and Blaze nodded and got their weapons out.

Zombies and skeletons came in huge numbers but they were easily defeated by Nina and Blaze. While Nina and Blaze were celebrating their victory, Rines teleported behind Nina. When he was getting ready to hit Nina with his hammer, an arrow hit him on the shoulder. Shocked, Rines looked around looking for the archer who shot him. But he saw no one.

"Thanks, Aria!" Shouted Shawn.

Rines turned around to the direction of the voice and saw a fist flying towards his face and hit him on his right cheek. The impact was so strong that Rines flew through a building and halfway into the ground.

Rines looked up and saw he was surrounded by Shawn, Nina, Blaze and Aria. Rines looked down and smiled. He activated his hammer which made it glow in green. Rines suddenly floated in mid-air. Green laser beams hit Nina, Blaze and Aria which made them disappear.

Shawn backed up as he saw Rines summoning a huge green orb above his hammer. Out of nowhere, a white orb hit Rines which made him flew through a few houses. Shawn looked up on the roof of the house he was under and saw a knight in orange armour.

The knight slowly disappeared from Shawn's eyes. Shawn quickly grabbed his stuff and ran out of the village to find his friends.

In the dark room, Steve saw a hologram of Rines unconscious at the village. He was worried. He quickly opened up a portal and went through it.
