"Tumhe kaise pata chala?" Naina look at him in astonishment, and her husband smiled at her sweetly. Explaining - "tumhari test ki report mere haathon main aayi thi pehle...aur maine dekh liya tha woh."
Flashback - sameer was watching T-20 cricket on the television, munching caramel popcorn bit loudly. The doorbell rang twice, and he grumpily got up, walking lazily to open the door. He met with a unfamiliar man, and he question - "Naina Maheshwari?"
Sameer scan him doubtfully, and then answered - "She is my wife, kya hua?"
"Yeh unki report hain...aap sign kar dijiye please." The man gave him the report with a smile, and he took it incredulously. Giving his sign, he close the door, and opened the envelope in curiosity.
Reading the report for several times, sameer mumbled in shocking expression - "My naina is pregnant?"
He was jumping in happiness, he couldn't believe his wife is pregnant, she is going to be a mom soon, and he, super cool dad. He replay that wild night when in drunken state, naina demanded him to get sexual with her, to love her like they use to do earlier, they didn't used any protection that night...this is the result of their passionate love making session.
Feeling shy, he murmured surspringly - "itna cute parinaam hoga mere aur naina ke ek dusre ko pyaar karne ka...I never thought sachi main."

Sameer reprimand himself for taunting her, for asking him to get bundle of packets of tamarind. That time, he didn't knew she's expecting, but from now on he will provide everything to their unborn baby, he will fulfill every cravings of his super lazy and cute wife.
Flashback End - naina was watching him, wordless after knowing that he already knew about her pregnancy, she thought she will surprise him by declaring this exicting news, but her husband was aware about it.
"Iske pehle mein tumhe kuch bata pata...mere client ka phone aagaya, aur uske baad toh tum janti ho. Rohan ne humein call kiya urgently, aur bula liya...situation aisi hogayi ki hum dono hi ek dusre ko yeh news nahi suna paye, but believe me. Mein itna khush hua...tum imagine bhi nahi kar sakti, mere aankhon se aansu aane lag gaye the, bahut tadpa hoon main yeh sab palon ke liye...Bhagwan ne 2 baar mauke diye, lekin dono baar...khair chodo, woh sab baatein karke mein meri naina ko dukhi nahi karna chahta...Na humare honewale bache ko, yeh 9 mahine sirf tumhare liye hi nahin mere liye bhi bahut special honewale hain."
"Because we're pregnant." Sameer said with a deep look, joining their forehead, and soaking in the delight and happiness.
"Mujhe...mujhe samjh nahin aa raha, kaise express karu ki kitni khush hoon main bhi...Tumhare bina woh nau mahine utne hi mushkil the, jitne pyase ke liye bina paani ke din guzarna, bina khwahish ke zindagi jeena...bina kisi ke pyaar ke khush rehna, is baar main koi bhi aisi galti nahin karugi, jis se humare aanewale baby par koi bhi bura asar padhe...tum jante nahi woh nau mahine kitne dard bhare the mere liye." Naina rested her head on his chest, saying in shaky tone with numbness in her body, he can never draw the picture of those painful days in her life, she spent without him, without his support, his consolation. Carrying two healthy children inside her womb, surviving alone in the completely unknown city, having no physical support and assurance of anyone, and still successfully earning good name in the whole world, by doing no dirty work. Only his naina can do this. ❤
"I promise you meri jaan...yeh nau mahine main tumhe itna pyaar dunga...itna khush rakhuga, ki beeti purani baatein humein yaad bhi nahi aayegi...main humari zindagi se woh har dard mita dunga, jisne gehri jagah banali hain humare dilon main...Tum sirf dekhti jao, yeh sameer maheshwari ab kya karta hai apni naina ke liye." Cupping her face affectionately, sameer said with assurity, and pickup her in the bridal style. Adding - "Mere baby ki mumma abhi se sirf rest karegi, sirf night walk ke time I will allow you to walk...warna pura din sirf aaram."
