Well... doesn't look like I'm hungry... nor am I thirsty... do I not need to eat or drink? ....wait... I'm not even tired...? So, I don't need food, water or sleep?! But... I like eating... *Looks around* *Sigh* Doesn't look like there is a way to buy food though....
So, now disappointed that I couldn't eat, I went over to the ingame screen in the window, found the "Key Battle" mode ships and selected Valkyrie. The ship in the water behind me changed.
Then I pressed the Battle button.
* * * 10 seconds later * * *
I found myself in the same spot I spawned in the first time. I could see explosions, Siren ships and a plume of smoke in the distance. Probably where I died.... I looked down and saw that I was now holding a 3-barrel main battery from the Valkyrie. I now had 70,000 HP, a range of 14,5 km and could fire 12 shells before having to reload.
As I started getting closer to the Sirens, I could feel that the Valkyrie's engines really were more responsive and my acceleration was way faster and this new ship had a top speed of 50 kts. After a few seconds of getting closer, I decided to fire at the aircraft carrier in the distance. I aimed up and just now realized that there was a number at the back of the gun which read "4". Wondering what it did, I fired at the Sirens and the number turned to 3. That must be the number of shots I can fire before reloading.
My shells were soaring through the air towards the Siren carrier. They flew over the Azur Lane girls, hit the carrier a few seconds later, dealing 20 000 damage and incapacitating 4 of it's planes onboard.
Aria: This ship is way better! Only 3 HE shells did 20K damage?
I kept my distance from the girls because I didn't want them to see me again. Then I fired my 3 remaining shots of 9 shells in total at the carrier. The shells did 60K damage and the carrier was destroyed.
The girls started looking around, but couldn't see anyone. And I just now realized that, because this ship is a "Key Battle" special ship, I had upgrades. After each kill, I get battle points. Which battle points I can then use to upgrade my ship. And this is how much points I get:
Destroyer = 100
Cruiser = 200
Battleship = 500
Carrier = 1000
Currently, I had 1000 BP, but an upgrade pane didn't pop up like it did in the game, so I thought "Upgrades" and an Upgrades Menu came down from the top of my vision. This really is easy.
