Chapter 7

Cameron's POV

I was having a great time! Then I realized that Hayes was missing, and I went tot look for him. I walked past the food court and saw him and Syd talking. I walked over there and said hi.

"Hey guys what up?" I asked

"Nothing really. I don't wanna skate anymore, so I came over here and saw Syd and we started talking. Plus I felt bad bc she's all alone."

"Oh okay. We're leaving in a few mins anyways. I'll go get the others."

There is definitely something up with those two....

Skylar's POV

Me and Matt have been talking for a while now, and Cam said we have to leave soon. I went to my locker, took off my skates and and put my got my stuff. We went back home and decided to go in the pool bc, why not? It's summer.

Me and Syd went upstairs and got changed. We were talking about how we haven't been hanging out so tonight, we're having Twin night. We used to do it all the time when we were little, and now that we're older we haven't done it as much. The guys will probably go out tonight so that's what we'll do.

We went out side with the guys and they were already in the pool, so we took off our towels and I went to the diving board. I did my back tuck into the pool. Sydney had to get in through the stairs bc of her concussion. That sucks that she can't cheer for a whole month.

Sydney's POV

I watched as all the guys stood in amazement as my sister did her tuck into the pool. I really, really, really wish I never got this concussion.

"Holy moley" they all said

"What? Is there something on my face?!" She asked frantically and rubbing her face. What a dumba$$

"That back flip doe!" Matt yelled

"Ohhhhh. Haha. It's not a back 'flip' it's a back 'tuck', and thanks"

"Yea ik but I was referencing the-"

"Yea, I get it, haha"

"Syd?" Sky asked

"Yea?" I asked

"When's next practice? And are you going?"

"It's tonight at 6:00, and yea but obviously I can't participate."

"What practice?" All asked

"Cheer."

"You guys cheer? That's awesome."

"Yup! Level 5 Allstar"

"I don't know what that means but it sounds so cool!" One of them said

I was weak bc Sky didn't realize the side of her bottoms came untied and she was so lucky I was there to tell her quick before anyone realized.

We started playing volleyball with a real volley not even like a beach ball. When I say the word pain, it's an understatement, Cam spiked the ball right into my boob. No joke I got out and ran inside upset and in pain.
