Chapter 11

Cameron's POV

I knew where they were going, and I locked the window so they couldn't get back in. They wanna play, checkmate.

Cameron-1

Twins-0

Haha guess who's sleeping outside tonight. Don't worry, nothing will happen to them. We live in a gated area and there hasn't been any sort of crime here in 20 years. At least that's what I was told.......

Skylar's POV

"F*CK! WHAT ARE WE GONNA DO?!?!"

"Relax, we'll sleep in the treehouse, and Cam didn't lock his car and we still have all of our Twin Night supplies in there..."

"Okay. Let's get them."

We got the stuff and climbed up into the treehouse. We have air mattresses up there and sleeping bags.

*the next morning*

We climbed down the tree house ladder and went through the front door. We were surprised to see Cam, all ready dressed and eating cereal.

"Hey, Sky, Syd."

"Yea?"

"Gimme."

We both knew what he meant and gave him out phones.

"Thank you." He said

"How long until we get em back?" Sydney said

"1 month. But if I get any sort of attitude whatsoever, it'll be 3. Got that?"

"Yes."

And then we went upstairs to our room. We got dressed and got ready. I'm wearing my favorite Starbucks Tank and High Waisted white shorts.

Sydney's POV

We got caught. Damn. I was so sure I took all of the precautions of sneaking out. I left the window open, climbed down the tree, didn't step on the windowsill so it didn't creak. You'd think bc Cameron is a teenager as well, he'd understand. But I think it's because Cameron never had to sneak out. He was the perfect child, and our parents would let him leave, anytime he wanted. They would literally say "sure sweety, have fun!" If he asked to rob a bank. It's not fair. But nothing ever is when you're the youngest.

I'm just happy we have practice tm.......

*two weeks later*

Skylar's POV

I was getting ready for practice and I was finally done. I'm so happy that I'm cleared! I can finally cheer. Only Hayes, Matthew and Cameron are coming this time. Once we got there we did the routine, and then we tumbled. I did a roundoff, double back handspring, full just to start off, and then when it was my turn again, I did a front tuck, roundoff, double back handspring, kick full. Everyone was cheering and it was one of those moments like 🎉🎉.
After practice I was so sweaty, and I was messing around and said

"Hey Matt?"

"Yea?"

"Can I have a hug?" I said trying not to laugh so I kept a straight face

"....uh.....ok...." He went in for an awkward hug and before he actually hugged me, I said

"I'm only kidding, I'd never make you hug me even when I'm not sweaty.......unless you wanted to"

Sydney's POV

Me and Hayes are getting really close. We exchanged numbers and we've been talking a lot. He's awesome. Amazing. Wonderful. Perfect. Ewwwww! I sound like one of those girly girls 😖. Anyways, we've been getting really close and I think the same is happening with Matt and Sky. They are really hitting it off. I'm really happy everyte me I'm around him and just get fuzzy and sappy. God this boy will be the death of me.....

"Hey Syd?" Hayes said snapping me out of my daydream

"Yea?"

"You were thinking out loud."
