12: ADDISON

"Urhm," Vice groaned because of the doorbell rings. He tapped Ion's arm which was securely wrapped on his waist.

"Open the door, baby please." Vice pleaded. Ofcourse Ion cant do anything so he went outside to check who was outside. His eyes went that big, that that big that you can even compare it to koala's.

"Hi! Ion..."

Ion opened the gate and was stunned by the girl infront of him. He was actually pretty, but he realized, he somehow knew the girl.

"D-don't you remember me?" the girl asked. Ion soon remembered who she was. It was Addison, he's childhood bestfriend. They were bestfriends from highschool to college. Even Ion had a crush on her, but never dared to tell her.

"Addison Fenix, ofcourse I remember you. We were childhood bestfriends! How could I forget?" Ion asked. He was then hugged by his bestfriend.

"I miss you, I." Addison said in a soft voice, it almost melted Ion but ofcourse he needed to stop himself, he had a boyfriend afterall. Addison was used to call Ion, I. For a stupid reason, Addison hates the subject Science. And whenever she mentions 'ion' she would be always reminded of that science subject. So she decided to call Ion, I. Oh thats not yet the story. It also used to have a second meaning. Calling Ion, I means claiming his bestfriend as well. The two has been very very inseparable and possessive of each other before, that they wont let anyone come near the other. I mean 'I' means yourself. And these two, assumed that they were soulmates, so they are like 'I am You, You are me. Whatever I have, it is yours too.' It has always been like that.

Ion cant deny that he misses his bestfriend so so much.

"I miss you too, Addi!" Ion said, hugging the other tighter. She almost cant breathe because of how tight the other's hug is, but she's not complaining. She miss the warmth of her bestfriend.

Ion also gave the 'addi' a meaning. It was supposed to be 'add' but Ion, hates Math. Just like, Addison, everytime he mention the word add, he remembers math, so he decided to call her Addi instead.

They pulled out, but suddenly pouted when they missed each other's warmth.

"How have you been, Add?" Ion asked, that actually made Addison gasp.

"Oh so you like math now, huh?" The other teased where Ion just rolled his eyes.

"Namiss kita, I. I miss everything about us. Wish we could turn back time to the good old days, can we be the old we again?"

Addison asked in an almost teary eyes.
Ion ofcourse nodded and smiled, he wiped Addison's tears and pulled her closer. This is how intimate and subtle they were, dont get me wrong, they were bestfriends. Well Ion, had a crush on her but he never shared to the other, just because he was afraid being rejected by the other and also he didnt want to ruin this almost perfect friendship. This is how subtle they are, that even other people thought they were dating or smth.

"Yes baby, we can." Ion said. Ion used to call Addison 'baby' or 'bebe ko' since before bebe nya naman talaga yan. And Addison too, was like a real baby, a cute big baby. Even Ion cant help but to admire her, and her adorableness.

"I missed you so much! Your kisses, your hugs, your warmth. Kahit yung mga libre mo, gago!" Addison stated that made the two laugh. Yes kisses, usually Ion used to kiss the other at her hair, forehead, nose or cheek. Nothing more and nothing less. It might be awkward or totally different from the other's but well thats how close and intimate they were. Hugs, ofcourse. Thats totally normal. Warmth, yes ofcourse. The two live for cuddles. Treats, ofcourse Ion would even do that almost everyday, thats how special Addison is to him. Well, its not that it doesn't go same for the other though.

"I miss you. I love you, I." That was all Addison said, and then pressed her lips onto Ion's. Ion was a bit startled so he didn't get to move, the other's action was too soon. He unconsciously had his arms around the other's petite waist.

"B-babe?" Vice asked, his eyes totally cant deny that tears were bound to escape.

His eyes widened, Addison soon pulled out, and stared at the ground. Too shy to look at the two, she even dont know why did she do that. Well if you're asking me, yes Addison did have feelings for Ion too Both of them, really are just scared enough to tell each other their feelings towards one another. Too scared to ruin the beautiful friendship.

Afterall, she was the reason why Ion moved in this place. She was. And it is because, she was actually living here. They met just last friday night, before that morning Ion moved in here. Talking about how they are excited to be neighbors.

She was actually the girl who Vice saw.

He was about to take a shower when he heard noises of boxes falling on the ground, it was an obvious sound from his neighbor. He saw his newly 'friend' helping a girl stand up from the ground, they were laughing. They look... well happy.

She was there to help her bestfriend move his things to his new house. But after that, she got an urgent call from his dad. She now has to leave to California for 1 month because of their buisness. His dad and Ion's dad decided to merge their buisness, and it looks like there's no other way but to set their son and daughter to that situation. They knew each other do have feelings for one other, they were really just afraid. The two thought that this would be a good idea to get them back together.

Addison talked to his dad, and little did she knew that she's arranged marriage with Ion, so after hearing the news, her dad sent her back so she can tell Ion that news. She was highkey happy about it, but she wont just admit it to herself.

Now that she's here, she's going to let Ion know.
