Earlier in school in Jacob's POV...
Jacob Latimore POV
"So, what class you got?" I asked her. I look at her to see her bitin' onna bottom of her lip. She look kinda good doin' that.
"Ummm...Chemistry." She read off her schedule.
"Damn!" I sigh, snappin' my fingers.
"I got French.""Ooh well," she giggles. "You soundin' real disappointed."
"I kinda am. I actually wanted to get to know you better." I said.
"And, why is that?" She ask, lookin' at me.
I sticks his hands in his pockets and look down to the floor. "You seem like a good person."
"Haha! You're the first to say that, but I'm nowhere near good." She claims.
"If anythin', I am a bitch. A bad one at that. So, stick 'round long enough and you'll that I'm nothin' but trouble." She says to me.
Cymphonique opens up her door to her classroom and goes in and kinda watch her. I keep on going straight 'till I get to my class and go inside there to see familiar faces. Jaden, Trevor, Justin, Ross, and many more faces. Nearly err'body in the class go off when they see me. I say wassup to err'body in there and go to take my seat.
I go and take my seat in the back of the class where my friends are and we all start talking. Ion need to introduce myself since they all kno' me just by looking at me.
"You look happy." Trevor said. Jaden looks in the back and says the same thing.
"I'm good." I said, tryna look away.
"Nah, that's that God damn look. Who's the next?" Jaden asks.
"That new girl man." I said.
"The one Bahja tryna fight now," he says.
"Bahja ain't gonna fight anybody. That's a fight that she just don't need to get herself in." I said.
"Yeah, she came in here flexin'. The damn girl has more biceps than I do." Justin said. They all start to laugh.
"You shouldn't heard 'em on the bus." Trevor said.
"Heard? You should have seen 'em." Justin said.
"Yeah, that girl had veins sticking out her neck and forehead. She was turning into the Hulk I swear." Jaden starts laughing.
"You're kidding?" I said. I ignored Jaden's last comment 'cause he's just exaggerating as usual.
"I'm telling you right now that Bahja ain't having it." Jaden said.
"Man don't nobody care 'bout what Bahja wants." I said.
"You do," Diggy jumps in the conversation. "Y'all break up to make up, so what's the difference now. Don't involve that girl in your dilemma."
"I'm not." I said.
I start to think about what Diggy said because he does have a point. We break up then get back together again. This time it's something different. I'm not dealing with Bahja anymore, or her drama. I think I'm attracted to another person anyway.
I just have to find a way to get her to be interested in me first.
