For the whole week, Jisung visited me with his notebooks. Telling me about how the day went and what was happening at school. We became pretty close to each other. I was used to having him with me. Yet, of course, I had to be discharged. Since I followed the doctor's advice and drank all my medicines, they had me discharged after my 5th day here. Mrs. Park was also a great company, but I had to bid her farewell. Her gentle smile showed up as usual, "take care of yourself, okay? I will be looking forward to meeting you again in the near future." I smiled back at her, bowing with respect.

Leaving the hospital this time, kind of makes me sad. I'm going back to school next week too. Plus, there'll be no more privacy for me and Jisung to talk. Sadly, he's in class 12-1 and I'm in class 12-2. Well, at least I'll meet Yeona and Hyuna again. They're probably worried about me right now. Even though I'm the oldest, my friends are always the ones who are taking care of me. I'm the youngest-like oldest from us three. I'm lucky to have understanding friends like them.

Johnny Suh, one of Taeil's friends was the one who gave us a lift. Taeil has a driver's license, he's just too lazy to drive. "Haeji in the house!" He welcomed me in his car the moment I got in. We're pretty close since he always likes to hang around the house before Taeil moved out. Plus, he's really fun to be with. "Aren't you sad, you're going back to school next week?"

"Quite sad, I wish I could linger longer." Taeil gently hit my head, "this is why mom doesn't want me to move out. She has a troublesome daughter like you." Johnny laughed at the sibling scenario happening. "At least she has a pretty goddess for a daughter."

Taeil sarcastically laughed, "goddess of trouble, you mean."

Here I am, at school. Wondering the hallways, looking for my friends. It was still early, classes start at 8 and I'm here at 7 because mom drops me off before she goes to work. Yeona is probably here already, she's an early bird but since she and Hyuna are intelligent and very hard-working, they're Jisung's classmates. So, even if she was early, I'll still be alone next class. Hyuna, I don't expect her to me early; sometimes she is, but most of the time she's not. I was passing by Jisung's class when I caught him at the very corner of the room with his friends. Nam Da Reum, Ji Minhyuk, and Kim Samuel. He found me from the outside and waved at me. As a response, I stuck out my tongue.

Finally, the next door was mine. I opened the door and my classmates greeted me. "Haeji, you're back!" I smiled at them. They might be the most pleasing person from the front, but they're snakes from behind. I sort of hate them...okay, I hate them a lot. Even though I might become a loner inside this classroom, but I will never make friends with them. I sat on my assigned seat, plugging in my earphones, and playing my favorite song.

Now, this is the way to start your day. Their voices just hit me right in my fragile heart. Especially my bias', Kim Jungwoo. His voice is so soft and unique. His face is as innocent as a baby's. When he cried during his debut, I just couldn't help but fall in love with this soft man.

Just as I was getting into the vibe, my seatmate tapped my desk. I got annoyed for a second but realized that she did it because our teacher was there. She was so early today, she probably has some announcements to say. Jisung told me about it; the interschool sports competition. Our school is the host for this year. I'm looking forward to meeting the cuties from other schools. "Today, we have a new friend joining us." She started.

A new...friend?

"She was supposed to join class 12-1, but they're already full. Since we have a vacant seat behind Haeji, she'll be joining us instead."

She? A girl, I see? When will we ever have boy transferees? This classroom's getting so boring with these monkey-like creatures around.  I wish we'll get someone as hot as Da reum, or Jisung...Or someone like, Kim Samuel.

The door opened to a familiar female student. She had a bright smile on. She looked like my childhood best friend back at elementary. When our eyes met, it occurred to me. "Hello everyone, I'm Song Ari."

"Yes, thank you...you may sit behind Hae--"

"I can stay at the back for her, Ms. Dahyun." She gave me a smile. Thinking I was considerate when I'm not. I just want peace, and a solo seat at the very corner of the room is a good place. "Thank you Haeji." She signed Ari to head to her newly assigned seat. "Haeji, take care of her, okay?" I nodded right away. She's my friend, she won't be that bothersome, right? She headed to her new seat. Same as I did. She looked at me with a smile, "you're really kind."

What did she just said? Doesn't she recognize me? I just gave her a smile, "Ari...it's me, Moon Haeji from elementary. Remember me?"

"Haeji? That Haeji?! The manager Haeji?!"

Wow...did she really have to say that?

Ari was my bestfriend since kindergarten, she was the only friend that stayed with me until our teenage years. My best friend Lina left me after kindergarten to live in London with her mother. Apple, the only friend that stayed with me after kindergarten had to leave me for her family in Gwangju. Ari was the only one that stayed with me until sixth grade. We were friends but it didn't felt like it. We both excelled in singing, the school discovered my talent in kindergarten. Ari, then, sang too. She can reach high notes. I did too, but my anxiety was higher. That's why the school forgot about me and focused more on her. I didn't get mad at her for that, I was just jealous. The at 6th grade, she met Saena, the one we call 'Queen Bee'. She bullied me since kindergarten, I guess that was the reason why I hated Ari.

I didn't want to be a loner, so I had to stick with Ari. Being that supporting role in her life. One day, our adviser asked Saena to lead a dance performance for our family day. She held an audition for it with the song Cheer Up by Twice. I wasn't fond of girl groups that time since I only had eyes for BTS.

Ari joined the audition, I knew she didn't dance that well but she was pretty and rich like Saena. She liked her for that. I didn't try out because I didn't memorise the steps, but I stayed with Ari after classes while they were practicing. I held their phones, their speaker, I played the song for them, I was a slave. I later found myself dancing with them, didn't expect I memorised the dance while watching them. Suhyun, one of the girls who was chosen by Saena, suggested I should join them. At last, I had a spark of hope. Saena looked at me, head to toe and said, "there's only nine of them...there's already nine of us."

"If you want to join us, you can be our manager."
