It had been atleast a month since pitch kicked u out of the base jack convinced u to go back with him to the North Pole and U where made an official guardian U sat in the ledge by the window staring out it waiting for jack to come back he'd been gone for ages north started to have a bad feeling and U did as well u got up and decided You'd go check out pitches base just to make sure he hadn't done anything with jack U didn't tell the others where U where going since U worked best alone normally so U left quickly and flew straight into pitches base U didn't think he was there since it was quiet U walked past a whole in the ground and heard- noise that sounded like ice U looked down and saw jack laying down in a ball and u jumped down and U must have scared him since he flinched and crawled back before realising it was you.
"Ragen-" he asked kinda confused but glad at the same time
"Yeah it's me" u said while going over to him and hugging him god he was freezing- U didn't really think much of it at the time U where glad he was ok more than anything
"How'd u find me- and know I was here?" He asked looking up at u
" heh I just had a bad feeling" u answered with a smile
"Heh lil detective I see" jack replied with a smirk as he got up "cmon we better go before pitch comes " u said making wings and flying up jack followed until u both heard a chuckle echoed through the base "I told u not to come back ragen" the voice said yeah it was pitch jack his behind u with his broken- his staff was broken?!- u thought since when?!- u looked down at the staff then made claws with your darkness and stayed alert for pitch "I came for jack! That's all" u yelled into the darkness u heard a chuckle from the darkness "he's not yours to claim ragen" pitch echoed u looked at jack who looked back at u then back into the darkness "Ik! but still we're leaving" u said inching to the exit "who said u where leaving" pitch yelled while using his own darkness to throw u into the wall jack tried to run over to u but pitch himself picked jack up by his throat from behind u looked u too see this and got up immediately "l-let him go!-" u cried out your claws becoming bigger "heh scared for his life lil kid?~" pitch taunted while tighten the grip on jacks throat making jack start gasping for air u didn't know what to do so U attacked u ran at pitch who was expecting it but wasn't expecting what u did next
u jumped into a wall and bounced off it and went behind pitch and kicked him once your feet hit pitches back he dropped jack and fell jack now gasping for air but free lay there trying to get air while u grabbed his arm and basically just dragged him out the base u didn't stop for what seemed like ages when until u two where now in the a snowy area u let go of jacks arm
