Miraculous Lolirock

Chapter 7

LADYBUG'S POV

I arrived on the scene just in time to catch Chat noir in my arms as he zipped through the air. He had been fighting off the monster, which had hit him with his tail.

"Nice for you to finally drop in, m'lady." He smirked as he stared into my eyes with his cat-like electric green eyes.

I smile at him, before dropping him. I folded my arms over my chest and smirked, "Oh, did you say drop in or drop me?" He groaned in response, and I shrugged grabbing my yoyo from my side and spinning it. "I guess we'll never know."

I ran towards the sentimonster and soon heard chat noir running after me. With his baton in his hand, we attacked the monster. I threw my yoyo as it wrapped round its neck, which I used to hoist myself in the air and stand on its back.

My feet wobbled as the sentimonster tried to throw me off it. I soon lost my balance and toppled off the monster. I braced myself for the impact knowing that there was nowhere I could wrap my yoyo around, but instead I landed into the arms of Chat noir as he gave me a boyish grin.

"Looks like the tables has turned m'lady." He said as he leaned in.  I rolled my eyes and pushed him away from me as the sentimonster aimed the stinger at the end of its tail at us. We rolled away just in time and landed on one knee with a palm on the concrete to keep us steady.

"It's too strong." I said as I gazed at the monster. That's when I noticed a dark-pink haired girl that just hovered around the scene. She had half of a white mask on her face, which allowed to make out her blue eyes, and a dark cape draped over her shoulders.

"She must be the akumatised villain." I muttered under my breath as realization dawned on me. I shifted my gaze to Chat noir, and he was already on his feet with his baton in his hand. He was about to charge towards the monster, before I grabbed the belt around his waist to stop him.

I pulled him to my side as I wrapped my yoyo around a nearby lamppost  and swung to an alleyway. I looked over the side of the building and saw the monster was distracted now, with destroying things.

"That's the akumatised villain," I said pointing to the girl I had just noticed. "But I don't see any object that the akuma and the amak could have flown into, except for that mask."

"So we should destroy the mask?" Chat noir asked stretching his arm upwards. I stopped him before he could call out his cataclysm.

"No. Remember when Reflekta was akumatised again?" I asked as he nodded. "Even after we defeated her, we still had to..."

"...break the object inside the monster." He finished, eyes widening with every word that escaped his lips.

"Exactly." I smiled.

"So if the akuma flew into the mask, what do you think the amak flew into?" He queried, eyebrows furrowing together.

"I don't know. This villain has a different aura surrounding her, unlike the other villains we've fought." I thought aloud. This villain felt different like it wasn't from Hawkmoth, or could it be that what Tikki said was true. It would actually explain a lot...

"Ladybug, look out!" I heard Chat noir say before I was roughly pushed to the floor. Now on the floor, I saw the stinger heading towards us, I grabbed my yoyo ready to react and head to higher grounds.

"Crystormome!" I heard, before I and Chat noir were trapped in an orange dome made out of crystal. I blinked to make sure it was there, but the sound of the stinger hitting the dome could be heard, so it was there.

I turned my attention to an orange haired girl that was packed high at the side of her head. Her orange outfit was sparkly and her arms were stretched out beside her. She made the dome. I glanced at Chat noir and he simply  shrugged when our eyes met.
