Roommates || KageHina

-Day 4 (part 3)-

Kageyama slowly walked back to the house. His hands were in his pockets, his gaze was fixed on the floor and his face had a sad and tired look plastered on it. He kept trying and trying, but it seemed like Hinata wasn't paying any attention to everything he has done.

I don't know what to do anymore... why did Hinata agree to this whole thing in the first place? Was it really to find out if he has feelings for me? Was it out of curiosity? Pity for my sorry ass? Or am I the one that's just being selfish by dragging him into this?, Kageyama thought all of this as he walked past a small park to his left. He stopped walking and stared at the sky.

I'm an idiot. I should just drop this stupid crush I have on him. It's not like he'll ever like me back..., these negative thoughts flooded his mind as he started walking again. That was until he bumped into someone.

"Sor... ry?", he said staring at Tanaka's and Ennoshita's faces. "What are you doing out here?", he asked and the other teens kept staring at him until they recognized Kageyama's face behind those dark sunglasses.

"K-Kageyama! I didn't think w-we'd bump into each other like this!", Ennoshita stuttered with a light blush on his face as he and Tanaka moved away from each other.

Weird, Kageyama thought after seeing his senpais acting stranger than usual. But when he saw Ennoshita rubbing one of his hands and Tanaka had his arms behind his backs, he kind of got what happened.

They were holding hands. Something I probably won't do with Hinata...

"I'll get going now. Have fun on your date", Kageyama said, walking past them.

"I-It's not a date!", he heard Ennoshita yell from behind him and Tanaka laughing.

"It's no use hiding it now", he heard Tanaka tell Ennoshita.

"Ugh! Just don't tell anyone! We want to do it ourselves!", Ennoshita yelled at Kageyama and the teen stopped walking, turned around, and just nodded.

"Oh, Kageyama. Where were you?", Sugawara asked as Kageyama walked inside the living room.

"Just... out for a walk", he said and walked upstairs before anyone else said anything.

He made his way to his and Hinata's room and inside their bathroom. I'll just take a shower and lie down a bit..., he thought and started getting his clothes off and walked into the shower.

When the cold water touched his skin, his heart ached even more. He thought it was stupid. Stupid that he felt like that just because his crush was with someone else. He wanted to be that someone. He wanted to be the one hinata was with at that exact moment.

That's when kageyama realized that... he was jealous.

I'm unbelievable. All this because of that stupid tangerine. I have no right to blame him though... I AM the one that suggested all of this. I guess the best thing to do is call it all off. I'll do that when he comes back...

Kageyama walked downstairs after a few hours of lying in bed not being able to relax.

"Kageyama are you okay?", Sugawara asked as he walked out of the kitchen and handed kageyama a glass of water, which the other gladly accepted.

"Kinda", he replied taking a sip of his water.
