Chapter 1

~ Annie's P.o.V ~

"Finally done." I said after finishing my breakfast. It was just plain old eggs and bacon.

Today was the second day of school, classes started normally, and I was already a junior in college.

I can't remember much about my highschool days, I was the kid that would ride a skateboard to class and still end up being late.

I wasn't that much of a showoff, I would just ocasionally skip class to smoke with Reiner and Bert, ever since we were all 8, we would always be around each other.

In sophomore year the two boys started dating, I have to say that sometimes I did feel like a third wheel, but we still managed to get high and have fun like the stupid kids we were.

I remember sitting during lunch break and reading, only to stare at poor Hitch, I used to have a big fat crush on that girl, got over it after graduation.

I quickly took a glance at the clock on my wall. 'Only 13 minutes left, gotta blast' I quickly grab my bag and take out for the day.

~ Narator's P.o.V ~

Just as Annie opened the door to the house, Reiner and Bertholdt were  already waiting for her in Reiner's truck.

"Come on Annie we'll be late!"

Yelled the blonde boy while the other opened the door from the backseat to have the girl jump in. "Shut up asshole."

Replied Annie while grinning, after she succesfully landed, Reiner quickly pressed on the gas and so they were on the road. Bert sighned while massaging his temple.

"I have a lecture first thing in the morning, great."

Mumbled the tall boy, the smaller blonde just patted his back in a comforting matter.

"I feel you pal, luckly i have a free period, so I'll just hang out with Ymir."

Told him Annie, her and Ymir had been great friends, even though the only thing they do is insult one another, Ymir's girlfriend, Historia was also coming with them, they three were majoring in arts and luckly they had the same schedule so she didn't need to be nervous about not being with Reiner and Berthold.

They were always close ever since from the beginning, back in highschool she would always feel anxious whenever she wouldn't be in the same classes as them, but she had Ymir ans Armin.

Those two are really close with her too, they get along well.

Ymir is really direct and most people see her as a mean person, when Armin is a shy and kind guy that hangs out around his boyfriend Eren and, Eren's sister, Annie didn't know who she was.

They had just arrived in front of the college, Annie had quickly bid her goodbyes to Reiner and Bertholdt and she walked to the front of the school, Ymir and Historia were already waiting for her there.

The taller girl was trying to drink from Historia's coffee, the other girl was just giggling.

"Oh wow, look who had just made her appearance, you made us wait for you in the cold you idiot!"

Greeted Ymir, Historia just punched her in the arm and kindly smiled at Annie.

"Annie! Hi! I'm sorry about Ymir, you know how she is when she doesn't drink her coffee."
