Me and Markell are sitting on a hill facing the house. We're talking and watching as everyone train. If ur wondering what they're training for its because were wolfs.
Yeah wolfs as tiktok stars. Crazy right? Well some of us were born wolfs others were bitten by there mates. So its kinda give or take. *punch*
Noah: "Ouch *fakes pout*" I said looking at Markell.
Markell: "I heard that u idiot." He said laughing before covering his mouth with his eyes wide.
Noah: "What's wrong?" I asked in concern.
Markell: "I laughed!... That's bad, really bad." He said as he started to panic.
Noah: "No its good. It means your having a good time." I said trying to smile nut failing miserably as Markell starts to panic more.
I didn't know what to do so I howled for help. Once I did that everyone quickly responded and came rushing to us. While they were coming I tried my best to have Markell calm down and focus on me. But it wasn't working.
Tayler: "Whatchu do Noah?" He said in an almost growl.
Noah: "Nothing, he just laughed and then started to panic." I said looking at him.
Markell: "He's gonna be mad. Dad's gonna be mad. I can't be happy, but Tay and Tony said its ok to be happy. Ondre said that happiness is what makes us, us..." He said as he paced back n' forth.
Twin 1: "What's he doing?" One of the twins asked.
Tayler: "He's having a break down. It isn't a bad one so he should nr fine for now. But we still need him to calm down before he wolfs out and runs off." He said as he cautiously walks towards Markell.
Markell
Dad's gonna be pissed. I hope he didn't hear me. I was just playing around with Noah. I didn't mean to laugh so loud. It just came out. I...
Tayler: "Markell, hey buddy. How're you feelin?" I heard him say causing me to look at him and stop moving.
Markell: "I laughed Tay... I think he heard me." I said looking at him in the eyes.
Tayler: "Markell, Dad isn't here... Remember?" He said as he walked towards me and put his hands out for me to take.
Markell: "Yea he I..." I started before I noticed a bunch of people standing behind him. "He isn't here is he?" I said looking at Tayler.
Tayler: "No he's not. We ran away from him years ago. Me, you, Tony, and Ondre. We got separated for a year or two before we found them again. Now we're at the compound." He said as the memories came back.
I then nodded my head as I grabbed his forearms. He did the same and pulled me into a hug. Tears fell as I locked eyes with Noah. He gave me a sad look before I hide my face into Tayler's chest.
~Hours Later~Tayler~
Its been a couple of hours since Markell's break down. I'm just wondering why when he laughed it triggered him to do that. The only time he did that is when his wolf felt our adopted fathers presence.
Tayler: "But he was..."
Chase (Lil huddy): "Killed in the attack years ago. Well that's what you were told anyways." He said cutting me off.
I instinctively got up and growled showing my teeth and red eyes. Everyone else in the house quietly but quickly came to see what the danger was.
Chase: "No need to get feisty now Tayler." He said laughing lightly before he sat down.
Before I could say something Markell came down the steps.
Markell: "D-dad?"
