__Incredibly long time skip__
It's been a couple of years since Thor and Genesis separated from each other. Over the years, a lot of things have happened. Genesis lost track of Loki, she lost track of Thor, and she was being trained and taught by The Avengers. She was starting to become a person who would regularly live on Earth, but fight crime. Even though Genesis had her own powers, Natasha taught her combat fighting and self-defense. The Avengers were training her to become a hero and maybe join their battles against cruel villains.
The Avengers still don't know that Genesis is the Daughter of Loki. She doesn't know if she should tell them or not, the words of Thor were installed in her head. She felt like they needed to know who she truly was. But she held back, thinking she needed Thor's approval.

It was a late evening, everyone was tired and getting ready to fall asleep. But Genesis couldn't fall asleep, she felt something coming her way, and she was right. All of a sudden everyone hears a loud beaming sound. The Avengers and Genesis walk out to see what happened, they look out the window to see Thor outside, standing on the pattern the Bifrost made on the ground. Everyone kept their eyes on Thor, and him only. They didn't notice that there was someone else standing next to him.
Thor walks in, The Avengers begin to walk towards him, but they suddenly stop. They started to step back in fear, but Genesis kept walking towards him. And of course, right next to Thor, was Loki.
There was a moment of silence, awkward eye contact and tension filled the area.
"What took you so long? And why'd you bring 'Rock of Ages' with you?" Tony asks Thor, breaking the silence.
Loki becomes obviously annoyed, knowing 'Rock of Ages' was Tony's nickname for him. "I'm here to take Genesis back to Asgard," Thor says while ignoring Tony's question. Genesis looks back at The Avengers, she's taken back. They all have weapons pointed towards Loki, did they have something against him? Did he do something wrong? She was beginning to understand why Thor said not to tell them she was the Daughter of Loki.
"You know, if you would've come sooner, we wouldn't have gotten so close to her," Natasha says to Thor.
Steve repeats Tony's question, "Why'd you bring him with you?". Tony joins in on the conversation, "Last time he was here he wrecked the whole city." Genesis quickly looks at Loki, "What?"
"Genesis, you know who this is?" Clint asks. She looks down at the ground, then she looks at Thor. He knows what she's asking him, he nods his head at her. "Yes, I do know who this is, he-" Genesis starts to rethink her decision of telling them. Thor notices that she's struggling to tell them, so he does the job for her, "Genesis is the Daughter of Loki".
The Avengers felt betrayed, she was the Daughter of the man who killed innocent lives in New York. They've gotten so close to her, they helped her, trained her, trusted her. They all hated to do this, but they all slowly pointed their weapons towards her.
