The door to the tattoo parlour chimed, a new customer.
"Hello, welcome. You looking for some ink?" A 17 year old brunette punk asked the clean cut, hipster-esque new comer
"Uh. Yeah, do I need an appointment?"
The guys rough voice cut through the air
"Nawh man, just tell me what you want, i can do it today if you want."
"Yeah, sure." The dirty blonde shyly walked up to the teen, pushing his glasses back in place
"My name's Castiel, but please, call me Cas" the brunette said, walking over to his studio and preparing everything
"I'm Dean. And um, I'd like two horizontal lines wrapping around my left forearm, just a little below my elbow." Dean said
"Is that all man?" Cas questioned
"Um yeah" dean shyly answered, rolling up the sleeve of his faded green plaid shirt.
"Cool cool, so, since we'll be here for a few hours, why this tattoo choice?" Cas asked
"Well, It symbolizes my brother and I, Sam, being the youngest is the bottom line, and I being the oldest, is the top."
"That's actually pretty cool.
Do you want any colours added?"
"Uhh... No that's okay." Dean shook his head, smiling a little as Cas got to work
"Okay, do you have any other tattoos?" Cas kept the conversation going, while focusing on the tattoo
"Nope, first one." Dean quietly responded
"That's cool too.." Cas's voice trailed off, leaving the two in silence for a brief moment before Dean asked,
"So, How old are you?"
Castiel's mouth opened but shut before answering
"I'm 17, what about yourself?"
"Also 17. My birthday is coming up soon though" Dean chuckled nervously, thinking he's made a fool of himself
"Oh really? That's rad, mine is too! Haha" "i'm almost done, just have to finish around the back of your arm" cas stated
"Awesome.." Dean ran out of things to talk about, so he let the buzzing fill the room"Okay, i'm finished." Cas said to Dean, breaking him out of his distant stare.
"Yeah, okay." Dean murmured as Cas brought Dean over to the mirror
"What do you think?" Cas asked, worried he'd some how messed up
"It's great man, just what i wanted. Thank you" Dean replied, looking down at his fresh tattoo.
"Alright, lets get it covered and then head over to the till" Cas let out a breath he didn't know he was holding onto.
Dean strolled over to the counter, looking curiously over the other tattoo designs hung on the walls.
"That'll be... 75.00$" Cas said poking at buttons
"Cool cool." dean pulled out his wallet and handed over the money.
"if you're ever lookin' for another tattoo, i'm your man" Cas said, poking himself in the chest with his left thumb, a small smile on his face
"Haha. Sure thing, see you around" Dean did a small wave and he turned and walked out the door of the tattoo shop.
Cas couldn't help but stare at him as he left, seeing the handsome boy do a sharp but short turn before he was gone.
