It's been a little over a week since Cas has seen Dean, remembering his sparkling green eyes, and his beautiful dirty blonde hair. The image that is Dean never left Cas's head.

~Cas~
Today is my mom's birthday. I'm going to get he some white roses and lilacs, they're her favourite flowers.
Business is slow today. I suppose i could get them now, seeing as my day is almost done.

Castiel walked out of the shop, heading towards the flower shop next door, entering, he looked around for the roses.
Spotting them on the opposite end of the store, Cas ignored the odd looks of the middle aged women and workers and made his way over.

~Dean~
I took a handful of tulips from the back, getting ready to re-stock them, I saw blue high lights and chocolate brown hair moving to the other end of the store.
I've only seen that colour combination hair once. It's been over a week since actually, my heart started beating faster as i saw it come to a stop in the rose section
I quickly traded the tulips for some Lilacs and rushed out of the back.
"So. Who's the lucky lady?" I asked
"Huh?" Cas said looking up from his squatting position "it's my mom haha. Her birthday is today, i'd thought i'd pick up something nice" he reached in the back shelf of the fridge, getting some white roses and picking himself off the floor.
I looked at the flowers, and then at Cas before saying
"We have newer ones in the back, would you want those instead?"
Cas rubbed the back of his neck with his free hand "yeah, sure man. I'll take those Lilacs too" Cas reached for them, our hands touched briefly before he grasped them.
"Okay, meet me at the till" i said, taking the roses and heading over to the back again. My heart was pounding, and i'm sure there was a hint of pink on my cheeks.

As Dean entered the back room once again, Cas smiled and walked back over to the cashier till with his Lilacs secure in his hand. Wondering about the mysterious Dean, he accidentally bumped into a stranger looking over some petunias, quickly apologizing he walked faster, wanting to be near Dean.

"Sorry ma'am, i'm sorry" i apologized to the little lady, rushing over to the chashier, seeing Dean already there.
"Here ya go," Cas could hear dean talking to another costumer.
"Has anyone ever told you that you have the most amazing green eyes?" The costumer said back, making Cas jealous.
"Um, only one person.." dean answered, uncomfortable
"Hey, a beautiful man like yourself should be confident" the costumer playfully bumped into Dean. Cas paused for a moment
"Why don't you let me take you for a coffee? Maybe a drink?" The costumer pushed
"Um no thank you" Dean said looking down,
"Ah come on mate, i'll show you a good time"
Cas walked up to Dean, wrapping an arm around his waist, "Is this fucker bothering you?" Cas said, firmly. Dean didn't say anything, just lightly nodded, enough for Cas to notice
"Who are you?" The costumer asked
"None of your business, now can't you take a hint? He's clearly not interested. Get lost." Cas replied, taking his arm off Dean, and stepping foward towards the man
"Hey, i don't want no trouble. I'll just go" the man raised his hands and walked away with his flowers.
"Thank you, Cas" Dean said looking into the flowers for him.
"No problem man." Cas said cooly, trying not to show his blush.
"Okay, come over here, i'll ring you up" Dean said, taking the lilacs from Cas.
"Your total is $20.50" Dean said, tapping the screen.
Castiel took out his wallet, and paid for the flowers. Before he left, Dean said,
"Hey, wait up, i'll walk with you. My shift is over" Looking up at the clock, it read "12:45"
"Okay, sure" Cas said back, looking at Dean take off his apron and throw on a red plaid shirt
"Red looks good on you" Cas said as Dean came outside
"Heh, thank you" Blushing lightly once again, Dean looked away from Cas
"I'm a little thirsty, wanna go get an iced tea or something?" Dean offered looking back at Castiel.
Smiling, Castiel agreed and they made their way to their local coffee shop
