The castle ground is located on top of a hill tall enough to see the entire city from the castle tower. From the main gate, there is a paved road with identical tree's on both sides of the road.
It is winter and it is cold, snow that piled up is half the height of an adult. despite that threre was little snow on the road. There are 4 main roads and each one extends from the gates of the castle to the city wall.
Me and Sheila are walking towards the shopping district. On the way I saw many people with different race, many have swords, bows, and shields and occasionally ones with staffs.
"Sheila, I just want to walk around for now and see what is around."
"un young master."
"And dont call me young master when we are outside the castle okay?"
"Then what should I call you then?"
"Just call me just my first name"
"But but I cant do that, I would sound disrespectful."
"I dont really mind if Sheila calls me by may name though in fact I would like you to do so, since I consider Sheila my friend."
Her ears twitched and asked me hesitantly
"Is it really okay?"
"Yup you took care of me and had been beside me for a long time so why not."
"If you say so." she said while her tails are moving side to side.
I really want to touch he tail and go 'mofu mofu' with it.
We went around to various shops and visited different buildings and as were were walking away from the busy area, more and more people with armor and weapons are walking in and out of a big building.
"Say Sheila, what in that building?"
"That is the Adventures Guild, that's where people can submit and accept requests and will be compensated if they finished the job."
"What are the requirement to become an adventurer?"
"You can register as an adventure at the minimum age of 5 and know how to fight or gather some materials like herbs and monster materials."
"Are you registered?"
"No because I was taken as a slave and I now have a job as a maid."
"hmmm. Then why don't you register I wanna se how strong Sheila is and would I be able to see your Status?"
Her ears twitched
"Sure"
We walked over to a receptionist
"Hello, good afternoon, what can I help you with?" - Receptionist
"I would like to register as an adventurer" - Sheila
"Okay" - Receptionist
The receptionist then pulled a tablet and placed it on the counter
"This is an identification plaque if you placed your hand on it for a few seconds it will show you what your current status is and it will check if you have a criminal record." - Receptionist
Sheila put her hand on it and after a few seconds it glowed for a bit and some writings had appeared
