Stories.
by: Clara Cecilia CorderoI prefer to fall in love with love stories than with people.
I prefer places unknown than books unread. I prefer having a good laugh than a happiless posing smile. I prefer you trying to count my freckles than me counting the days until I hold your face again.
I prefer tea over coffee and you the other way around; I'm organize down to the last and you don't really know what you want. I wear my glasses upside down and you try to put them back right, but you don't get that my world is upside down and that's how I see it right.
You make it hard for me to stay mad at you, but I always manage to be the best me there is when you're around.
I get under tables, around the block and over situations; growing many things.
Exploring situations and feelings I'm not used to.
You prefer to laugh when you're nervous and I start to shake.
You don't say anything when you're mad, and I say it all with my eyes.
Fire and water.
Boil and off.
You make me want to hit you and you know that it will only hurt your pride.
It's kind of funny but it isn't.
And then again I prefer to fall in love with stories not with people, but you are no story, on the other hand we are writing ours as upside down as it seems.
