Best Friends? Or Something More? (S.M.)

Chapter 33

Alli's P.O.V.

**Next Morning** (Let's pretend they did some fun stuff after we left off)

        I wake up to Mickey and Mahogany jumping on my bed.  

"ALLI! GET YOUR FAT ASS OUT OF BED!!!!!!  Today is MAGCON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"  Mickey yells.

        I cringe then smile.  I'm actually really excited for today.  It'll be the first time I've performed in front of the fans.  I just hope that they don't think I'm completely awful then start hating on me.  But after we have to go home.  Which is kinda sad, but I really miss my family.  I'm really gonna miss the guys though.

"Okay okay.  I get it.  It's magcon day.  Can you stop jumping on my please?"  I ask.

Mahogany laughs and gets off me.  Mickey stays and starts poking my cheek.  "I'm really hyper today."  She says.

"Why?"

"Let's just say yesterday was awesome."  She replies with a smile.

        I just roll my eyes and get up to get dressed.  I hop in the shower and wash my hair and body.  When I get out, I blow dry my hair, throw it up in a pony and lightly curl the ends.  After, I put on a cute floral dress and tie my cropped denim shirt over it.  For accessories I put in my black feather earrings and my favorite necklace.  I finish off my look by slipping on my pink wedges and swiping on some foundation, mascara, eyeliner, blush, and light pink eyeshadow.

        When I step out, MIckey and Mahogany both smile at me.

"You look great, Alli.  But how are you gonna dance in that?"  Mahogany asks.

"Oh.  I'll change before I have to perform."  I reply.

***Skip the rest of the day***

        We're finally at Magcon.  I just took about a thousand pictures and signed about 20 thousand things for VIP.  But it was really fun, meeting all those girls who said they loved me even though they don't even know me.  Most of them told me that they shipped Shalli, which I guess is our ship name.  I don't know what I was so nervous for.  But then I remember that I have to dance and try to not bust my ass in front of all of them.

        Right now, the boys are doing the lipgloss dance.  Oh my gosh Matthew Espinosa needs to be arrested for getting that into it.  Like he can actually do it and do it well, causing me to laugh uncontrollably.  The Jacks and Sammy keep doing this weird pelvic thrust thing that makes all the fans go crazy.  Gilinsky occasionally looks at Mickey and winks.  There's definitely something going on between those two.  But I learned my lesson.  I'm not gonna try to interfere.

        After the boys are done, Mahogany announces that Shawn and Gilinsky are going to perform a duet.  Weird, Shawn never told me anything about doing a duet.  Before they sing, Shawn starts to speak.

        "Okay guys, before we start, I have something to say.  First of all, I'm the luckiest guy in the world.  I'm lucky to have the best best friend in the world.  And I'm even luckier to be able to call her my girlfriend.  Ever since we were little, I knew I loved her.  And I tell her that every day.  I love her."  

        I feel the blush rising to my cheeks.  A cheeky smile grows on my face.  "But since we've come to Magcon, I realized something.  I don't just love you as a friend.  Allison Davis, I'm in love with you.  And I will be in love with you for as long as I walk this earth.  So thank you, Alli.  Thanks for being my best friend.  Thanks for being there for me.  And most importantly, thanks for being you.  This is for you, Alli.  I love you."  

        A tear rolls down my cheek.  Good day to wear waterproof makeup.  Normally I wouldn't cry, but he's so sweet, and I have a thousand hormones running through my body right now so...

        After Shawn and Jack finish performing, Shawn walks off stage and pulls me into a hug.

"I love you too, Shawn."  I whisper.

****Skip to Alli and Jade's Performance****

        This is it.  I stand on stage in my costume ready for the music to come on and Jade start singing.  If I fall in front of this many people, I'm gonna go hide in a closet forever.  It can't happen!  The next thing I know, I hear the first beat in the song, signaling it's my time to perform.

        When I hit my last pose, a rush of relief courses through my body.  I made it through without looking like a complete idiot.  The fans start to clap and I smile, knowing I actually did well.  Jade and I walk off stage and fist bump.

"We did awesome."  I say.

"You did."  Shawn walks up and pecks me on the lips.

"Ew.  Get a room you two."  Jade says.

"You're just bitter."  I reply jokingly.

"Fight me!"  She responds.

"Um.  Do I need to remind you of the last time that happened?"  I retort.  All the guys in the guys gasp in the background.

"OHHHHHHH SHOTS FIRED!"  Carter yells out of nowhere.

        We all just laugh  and Jade and I smile at each other.  This has been so fun.  Too bad it ends tomorrow.
