This gets real soft

Micah's pov : 24 years old"I got the job!" Titus slammed the front door closed and I jumped from my spot on the couch.
"No Fucking way! That's amazing!" I grabbed him under his thighs and hoisted him up, spinning around as he laughed.
"And I'll get to work with all ages. Well, from two and up. But I just get to play with the younger ones and asses their mental state and whatnot," He explained as I carried him over to the couch, plopping him down.
"That's great, Baby." I smiled, dropping to my knees between his legs on hugging him around the waist. I could feel him chuckle as his hand slid to my hair.
"What are you doing?" He leaned back into the couch as I started to unbutton the dress shirt he was wearing. "Mic'?" He giggled as I ran my fingers down his bare stomach lightly, tickling him.
I shrugged before pressing open mouth kisses to his bare chest, hearing him hum quietly. I licked up to his collarbone and bit down, leaving a light mark and getting a small groan. My hands slid from his waist to his thighs, squeezing as I kissed my way up his neck and jaw before finally kissing him.
I pulled him so he was sitting on the edge of the couch and was about to unbutton his pants when I felt fur brush against the back of my legs. I looked back at Chip and he nudged his head against my thigh with a quiet meow.
"Not now, Chip." I pushed him away but he took that as a sign to play, so he batted at my hand and grabbed onto it, biting playfully. "Really?" He paused to look at me with blue eyes before continuing to attack my hand. I groaned and Titus laughed as I pulled my hand away from the cat, picking him up once more.
I pressed him to the wall in the hallway to readjust my grip, biting and sucking at his neck before pulling him away and carrying him into our bedroom. I dropped him on his back and looked down to see Chip had followed us. I picked the small cat up and placed him outside the door, shutting it behind me.
"Mrrrow?" Poor chip just wanted to play.

It was later that night when we were cooking dinner, Titus leaning into my side and my arm around him, when I let my mind wander. I glanced around the kitchen and found myself smiling slightly.
"Daddy, can we help? I wanna stir!" A small girl standing on a chair smiled brightly, her hair up in pigtails and fresh play clothes on so she wouldn't get her favorite dress dirty.
"Yeah! I'll help Papa with the vegetables!" Her sister beamed with pride as she too pulled up a chair to the counter, helping to rinse the vegetables with Titus.
The youngest, thumb in his mouth wanders quietly into the kitchen, looking around before walking up and wrapping his arm around my leg. His head lays against my thigh and my hand comes to rest in his hair-
"Micah?" Titus pokes my cheek and I hum, being broken out of my daze. "What's got you so smiley?" He tilted his head with a smile of his own and I shrugged, realizing how big of a smile I had on my face now.
"Nothing really-" I tried to speak as I stirred the food in the pan, turning the stove off.
"No, clearly it's something. Tell me! I wanna know!" He poked my side and I flinched away, laughing.
"Seriously-"
"Micahh!" He whined and hugged me tighter around my waist, chin resting on my shoulder as he gave me puppy eyes. I distracted myself with the food for a moment before sighing and abruptly turning around, my back to the counter as I looked around.
"Can't you just imagine it?" I giggled like a kid before grabbing a chair and placing it at the counter, stepping back as Titus looked at me like I was crazy.
"A chair at the counter?" He looked between me and the chair a few times and I laughed loudly, shaking my head.
"No! Who would stand in the chair!" He seemed to connect the dots and a smile came to his face as well. "She would help me stir the food and her sister would like to wash the vegetables or fruit, while our little boy would just be such a cuddle bug and just want loves all the time." I leaned against the cabinets and slid down until I was sitting on the floor. Titus kneeled infront of me and took my face into his hands.
"How long have You been thinking about this?" His smile hadn't faltered one bit and I shrugged, mouth open silently as I searched for my answer. How long had I really been thinking about kids?
"A few weeks? But I wanted to see if you got the job first before bringing it up. Of course I was gonna mention me possibly changing jobs to a stay at home one but...I-..." I swallowed, shaking my head and at a loss for words. Thankfully Titus filled in the silence.
"Well, if it's any help, I've been thinking about it too. I just didn't know how it would work with us both working, but we both need to work to pay rent and buy food and especially if there's a kid involved. But if you're really willing to get a job working from home then...we could probably make this work." He scratched the back of his head and I leaned my head back against the cabinets, looking up and taking a deep breath in before letting it out slowly.
"I already have a job picked out. It's kind of like what dad used to do. I'd make different ads for different companies, except I would make video ads and paper ads, along with pamphlets and other stuff. I don't need college experience and it pays damn well for what it is." I stopped and felt Titus place his hands on my knees.
"That's great then. You just have to apply and hope you get the job, right?" He slid his hands down to rest on the sides of my lower legs and I quickly sat my head up, ignoring the slight head rush.
"Are we really gonna do this? Like, one-hundred percent, ready to get down an' dirty, probably gonna get our asses kicked by these kids, gonna do this?" He giggled before nodding and I sighed slouching as I reached forwards to pull him into a hug, which he happily returned.
