As requested I met Draco at the tower upon entering I was startled to see Draco had beat me there, "hey Serpent" I said catching him off guard and he almost dropped the blue rose he had in his hand, I moved my head to the side as I approached he was nervous and looking away from my eyes. "Hey P-Pup" He said in a stutter as I giggled at his stutter "what's up?" I asked my eyes warm the Yule Ball was tonight and I still didn't have a date yet, "I... Uh..." He inhaled to compose himself and looked down on me his silver eyes studying my eyes. "I was wondering if you would like to be my... Uh date to the ball?" He squeaked the last part but I caught it, my mouth opened in shock, "Yes" I said and he looked down "I knew you were gonna say n- wait what?" He said and he looked me in the eyes "you said yes?" He asked and I nodded giggling slightly. "Of course I would go with you Serpent" I said and he looked at me shocked and wrapped me in a tight hug burying his face in my neck and wondering how the heck I actually said yes, "I would love to go with you" I whispered hugging him back gently and leaned my head into his. He stepped back and handed me the blue flower and I smiled pulling it to my face gently to smell it, "thank you Serpent" I said and he smiled warmly.

I walked back to my Common Room butterflies fluttered in my stomach, I could not believe Draco asked me and a blushed painted my cheeks I entered my room and noticed that Hermione, Ginny, Luna, and Cho all waited and I frowned in confusion, "how did you two get in here?" I asked my mouth in a thin confused line. "We are helping you get ready" Luna said gently and I giggled "Alright" I said and they smiled, as they were helping me get ready I frowned "hey who are you guys going with?" I asked and they all looked at me. "Hermione won't tell anyone... I am going with Neville, Luna I think is flying solo, and Cho is going with Cedric" Ginny said and I nodded smiling warmly. "Who are you going with Sammy?" Hermione asked and my cheeks painted pink again, "I-uh... You will have to see" I said and they all frowned unhappily, "why won't you tell us?" They asked and I smiled "it's a surprise" I said and they too smiled and nodded gently.

They finished helping me get into my dress and ready as they went to get into their own, I smiled at myself in the mirror and it was time, I got ready to go down while I waited for Luna and Cho.

I walked down the steps to see Draco standing with Viktor, Cedric, and Harry. "Woah..." Harry's date said in shock as I stepped down the stairs, Hermione was with Viktor and she smiled seeing me, Cedric was temporarily stunned as Cho approached Cedric. "You... Wow" Draco said in shock his eyes looking me up and down as I approached him taking his arm, "You are going with Draco?" Hermione asked shocked as Draco spun me lightly and I smiled at him warmly. "Yeah" I said as Mcgonagall walked to the Champions, "Okay Champions line up come on, Cedric with Cho first, then Viktor with Mrs. Granger, Mr Potter with Mrs. Parvati, and Mrs. Lupin with Mr. Malfoy" She said smiling thinly at me as Draco and I lined up behind Harry.

We walked into the hall as Draco and I entered I felt eyes on the both of us my nerves started to sky rocket when I saw Pansy glaring at me, I bit my glossed lip and Draco noticed my nerves and nudged me slightly and I looked at him and smiled. We got onto the dance floor and he bowed to me as the other male champions and Davis did, I smiled as I took Draco's hand and set my left hand on his shoulder and he put his left hand on my hip. The music started and we glided along with it, I stared into his eyes mine warm and in beat with his the world disappeared when I looked into his eyes. The Champions finished dancing as I stared up at Draco my eyes studying his warmly and I smiled at him, as he smiled at me "thank you Serpent" I said and he smiled at me in turn. The music started again quicker and Draco pulled me out of the crowd that had built up and spun me bringing me into a hug, "I am so glad you said yes to me" He mumbled into me and I smiled hugging him in turn he pulled away "would you like something to drink?" He asked staring into my eyes and I nodded and he smiled pulling completely away and turning and leaving. I turned and saw Golden Trio sitting at a table I walked and joined them Hermione was swooning slightly and saw me, "oh my Merlin you and Draco are so cute!" She gushed looking at me and I blushed Harry and Ron looked at me, double taking on my appearance again "You went with Draco" Ron enunciated and I nodded "he's like our enemy" Ron said and I flinched frowning my smile turning into a sad wounded look and Harry elbowed Ron. "Quit being so bitter Ronald" Hermione said and Ron huffed and crossed his arms, "Lupin I would like to speak to you now" a voice said tightly and I flinched in fear I turned to see Pansy her arms crossed and her eyes narrowed. "W-what do you want Pansy?" I asked sternly and she motioned me to follow her anger radiated off of her in waves, I followed slowly I had not seen Draco and worry seeped into my veins, when we got outside the Great Hall Pansy stopped turned and shoved me to the ground I yelped in pain as I landed on my arm. "Pansy what the hell" I said and looked up at her and went to get up but she knocked me down further, "I told you to stay away from Draco... But instead I find you going to the Yule Ball with him... What the hell is wrong with you?!" She said and I flinched from her words as tears pricked my eyes. "P-Pansy... Stop" I said and she smirked "why?" She asked and circled me like a shark and I whimpered when I felt my body want to take a different form, my animagus form and fear began to make my skin hurt. "P-Pansy... Stop... Please" I said as I growled and I heard running "Pansy! I swear to god!" Draco's voice rang out as he rushed to my panting form "Sammy... Are you alright?" Draco asked rubbing my back as I stood slightly Draco hugging me to him as tears fell from my eyes. "Get out of here... I swear Pansy!" He said and Pansy left I heard Hermione crying as she yelled at Ron and she chased Ron and Harry up the large staircase and she sat down crying, "I will walk you to your Common Room" Draco and I sighed nodding slightly Draco wrapped his arm around my waist and lead me up the stairs, Hermione noticed my beaten form and her eyes widened. "Is that what happened when Pansy asked to talk to you...?" Hermione nodded and I looked down nodding slightly, "Oh... Sammy..." She said rubbing the eye liner running down my face away. "Draco is walking me to my Common Room... I will see you later Hermione" I said and she nodded and looked at Draco uneasily as he held me up, Hermione knew I was an animagus but she knew Draco didn't know so she kept quiet and looked down again. 

Draco helped me in silence I leaned into his warmth and he sighed, "I am sorry about Pansy... I wish she would stop when I told her to..." He said and I shrugged sadly. "Why is she so against me...?" I asked again and he sighed biting his lip slightly before he stopped, I stopped with him and I turned to look at him, his arm still around my waist. "I uh... She is against you because I prefer your company more than hers..." Draco admitted and I looked at him shocked, "you do...?" I asked and he nodded his pale cheeks turning slightly pink. I smiled and stepped out of his arms intertwining my fingers with his "thank you Draco" I said and he smiled warmly, "I had an amazing night" I said as we approached my Common Room. Draco looked down at me, my eyes glittered in the torch light as his glittered in the moonlight, I smiled warmly as he studied my face and he pressed his palm on my burn and I leaned into his hand closing my eyes slightly. "I should head to my Common Room now..." Draco said and my eyes opened as I looked up at him as he looked into my eyes, his hand still remained on my cheek as he rubbed the running make up off my face before he pressed a chaste kiss onto my head. My eyes widened and my mouth parted in shock, "psst" I turned my head slightly to see Fred and George pointing up I looked up to see Peeves holding Mistletoe over Draco and I and I shook my head and the poltergeist faltered and sighed flying away. I met Draco's eyes again and he was studying my facial expressions and he looked in thought, I moved my head to the side like a cat and kissed his cheek, "Thank you again Draco" I said and he was knocked back into thought as he looked at me in shock.
