Chapter 6: Visit to an old friend(part2)

When they arrived at the restaurant...

" Finally we made it!! I'm starving." Sugawara said as they finally made it to the restaurant.  

The restaurant was filled with many aesthetically pleasing decorations. Leah and Kiyoko stared at the decorations of the restaurant as Sugawara and Daichi wait for the waiter to find an empty table for all of them.

As they waited, Leah decided to ask Kuroo about Ash, she thought he looked familiar in stature to someone she saw before. Kuroo was talking with Bokuto before he was interrupted by Leah calling him.

" What do you want, you better me quick cause you know Bokuto is gonna get dramatic soon." Kuroo said in an irritated voice.

" Fine, I just want to ask about that boy." Leah said. Kuroo looked at her with a surprised look.

" Why do you wanna know more about him?? He's basicly a nerd at science and math. Besides, if your trying to get together with him then to bad, he's been taken already." Kuroo said. Leah seemed a bit pissed off cause she just wanted to ask him whether he's gonna be playing during the training camp soon.

" Jeez, that was not what I was gonna ask you crackhead. I'll go ask him myself instead." Leah said.

Leah then approached the boy who was playing a Nintendo Switch in the middle of waiting for an empty table. 

" Hello, may I ask you something?? If you don't mind." Leah said. They boy looked up from his console and paused his game.

" Yeah, sure." He said as he off his console and placed it into his backpack. 

" You are on Nekoma's volleyball team right?? Then are you gonna be playing during the training camp?" Leah asked as Ash looked back at her with a look of confusion.

" Yeah I'm playing on the team and not benched for once." He said while laughing at himself.

" Can you two stop talking so much and start helping me with this boss." Kenma, who was sitting next to Ash.

" Oh- sorry Kenma." Ash said as he took his console out again and continued the play.

" Okay guys, we got a table for all 8 of us." Sugawara said as he went to the table and sat at the very right-side of the table. 

Leah decided to sit next to Kiyoko who was sitting next to Ash. The waitress gave them a menu and Suga helped order the food on a piece of paper. Everyone slowly told Sugawara their order until all of them had ordered everything the wanted.

" Okay, I think that's all." Sugawara said as he pass the waitress the piece of paper. " Please wait for awhile before your food has arrived." The waitress said as she went to the kitchen.

As they waited for the food to arrive, Ash and Kenma pulled out a pack of UNO game cards. 

" Here, we knew you guys would be bored while waiting for the food so how about a game of UNO?? We'll keep them once the food arrives." Kenma said as he gave Ash a deck of cards to shuffle. 

" Just remember, this game can literally ruin friendships from my experience and from others on the internet so be careful." Ash said with a sinister face. 

" Wow shiver me timbers, how scary." Leah said sarcastically as she received her cards. 

After playing for 20 minutes, the waitress arrived with the food. Leah stared down as the waitress placed a bowl of rice with some seaweed and tempura. The heat emitting from the hot rice. Leah looked around the table, everyone was stuffing their faces with delicious food.
