Jake turned over uncomfortably in the nest breathing hard. He was feeling uneasy. Something was wrong he could feel it as he rolled over again sitting up. His eyes flashed bright pink he could see it now. He sat up frantically rushing down the stairs in only a sweater and underwear.

"Alpha!" He halted behind colby wrapping his arms around his neck.

He could feel the anger rolling off of him in waves. The throbbing pulse of emotions that his alpha was giving off, causing him to rub his nose on the mating bond, breathing in his calming scent in the process. He looks up to see who's at the door and he freezes images flashing behind his eyes as he recognized each and everyone of their faces. He moved behind colby a bit wanting to hid but his priority was to calm his alpha right now.

It was another second before the were taken from their trance. 7 seconds that's all they had. They sprinted of in different directions. All separating frantically like spooked birds on a wire. Jake giggled because it was fun to watch them be the ones scared and running. Colby stood tall taking in a deep breathe catching their scents as the wind blew in his favor. He closed his eyes looking back behind him opening them meeting Jakes pink ones. Jake giggled again nodding. Colby growled as he leaped forward disappearing into a giant cloud of black smoke.

"Collect the herd alpha..."Jake smiled softly before walking back upstairs.

He was careful to avoid the other alphas im the house. He was a nesting omega and he wasn't supposed to be down there anyway. He quickly and carefully made his way back upstairs a low whine reverberates through the room as he slides down the door. He slowly crawled over to the nest laying down and curling in on himself breathing in deeply Colby's scent. He closed his eyes falling asleep to the the calming scent.

I began to stir in my sleep, feeling the tingling sensation of something big and furry rubbing up against my body. I sat up slowly turning my head to meet eyes with a big red one. Jumping a bit I opened my eyes more to see a big black wolf. Slowly registering where i was and what i was looking at I realized it was colby.
