My name is Nicole .Im a hard working business woman and a single mother of one. I spend every morning working and every afternoon caring for my child doing what ever its takes to insure she has a happy full life.But lately I've been alittle loney.The more friends my little angel makes the more sleepovers,play dates, birthdays, and parties she gets invited to which means the more empty the house becomes.Ever since the huge argument her father and I had I couldn't bring myself to meet or talk to other men outside of work.Today marks a whole 5.1/2 years since he'd been gone.Everyone around seems to be hooking up then there's me...well aleast until he came.

It's early on a Monday morning. Im surrounded by stacks and stacks of paperwork piled at least 3 feet high.My time is limited how im able to stay sane bets me.
As im struggling to stop my eyes from wondering a light knock broke the tiny bit of focus I had "come in"
"Hello Miss.Workaholic"a familiar says
"What is it Jamie.Im very busy"I rolled my eyes and started to work again.
Without breaking my focus on the screen infront of me I used my ¤perriffiyal vision to track her movements.
"I need you to show a new worker around"Jamie came behind me resting a hand on my shoulder
"Are you oblivious to these stacks of papers"I say rubbing my temple
"No but you've been here longer than I have. If I do it we'll probably get lost. "
"You won't get lost this floor isn't that big"
She sucked her teeth"Do you know how many times I got lost on the way to breakroom heres a hint everytime I try to go"
"That sounds like a personal problem"I laugh signing some sheets.
"Ugh Nicole come on"
"I thought you were my assistant you're supposed to help me not give me more work!"
"Please Nicole I'll baby sit little nicole for once a week for a month"she made a pouty face.
"Oh wow 4days "
"Ugh youre such a bitch"
"Haha. no no im sorry. I'll do it .when is he coming?"
"In.......um"she looks at her watch"now"
"Now?!"I started typing extremely fast
"Wow"
"Adore me later go bring him to my office"makes a shooing motion
"Yes sir..I-I mean ma'am"
Within seconds she came back red as all outdoors and giggling. I stood up smoothed out my skirt and stuck out my hand "Welcome to the company my name is Nicole and you are?"He grabbed my hand and brought it to his lips"Larry.Larry Bourgeois"A shock runs through my body"uh-um"was all that came out as I stared into his Inchanting dark brown eyes."close your mouth you'll catch flies"jamie says nugding my arm.
"Its-Its nice to meet you Mr.Bourgeois"
"Call me Larry and the pleasure is mine"
He was charmer no doubt in my mind.Pure eye candy.
"Um can I have my hand back"I laughed at the fact that we'd just been staring at one another for the past 2minutes.
"Im sorry"he lets go
"Its fine shall we get going"
"Yes"
I showed him all 3 floors he'll be working on now and in the near furture if he doesn't quit or get fired.we even exchanged numbers so I can text him nice places to eat lunch well aleast thats what he said.
-On our way back to the office
"So who office is this"he asked referring to the room directly across from mine.it had been empty for a while.
"No ones at the moment"
"I'll ask can I have it"
"On your first day and you're going for your own room"

I sat at my desk checking my schedule seeing how much time I had left.
"Hey why you laugh"
"Huh?"
"A few seconds ago you laughed"

He smiled "um want to go eat?"
"Actually its time for me to go"
"Its only 12:30"
I grabbed my small black purse , work folder and phone."yea I have a meeting from 12:45 to 2:45 then go pick up my little girl."
"You have kids"he stood up

"Old?"
"No young so so perfect you can be a model."

"Really how about you baby sit for me sometimes"I laugh again locking my office door.

He is so nice .Im not really ready to say bye just yet.I have this weird urge to be near him
