"I came here with an offer."

"What?"

"If you accept it, you can become a millionaire."

"What do I have to do?"

"I will give you a million pounds in the easiest possible way."

He gave a suspenseful pause before he continued.

"For that, you need to do a very simple job."

A bar. A rowdy, busy place, bustling with drunk people, laughing, shouting and chaos. The perfect place to get away from his financial crisis. That's where everything started. When Lilith entered the Blood Moon Bar for the first time.

She was a beautiful, mysterious and sexy woman. The second she entered the bar, everyone turned to look at her. A white shirt, black jeans, a rich jet-black faux fur coat, and timberland boots. Light auburn hair tumbled down her shoulders and covered her forehead. Crescent-moon earring on the left, long tassel earring on the right. Kohl around her eyes, giving her an enchanting yet dark look.  All eyes were focused on her, no one moving, as if time was frozen and Lilith was the only one who could move. The only noise playing was the music from the DJ.

One could not stare at her for too long without turning away. She would stare back at the person, making a shiver run down their spine. If they did stare at her, a strange fear would haunt their body and soul. It was as if the people of this world had no right to enjoy Lilith's beauty. Because the origin of that beauty was from another world.

A man nearby stopped and watched Lilith walk by, almost forgetting his girlfriend was right next to him. She pulled his collar and drew his attention away from Lilith, probably to start a fight.

Xiaojun drank his fourth bottle of soju, waiting for the alcohol to kick in. Lilith didn't think twice before heading towards the man, who had started building a tower from the bottles and glasses he drank.

"Found you."

A ring came from Xiaojun's phone. He lifted it to reveal the caller ID. It was his wife, Yiran. He ignored it without second thoughts and placed the phone on the counter. Yiran would probably nag him for being out so late and drinking so much, and that would ruin his mood even more. Xiaojun lit a cigarette he had from his pocket with his lighter and put it between his lips, the smoke fuming out.

Lilith walked up to Xiaojun, standing next to the man. Neither of them looked at each other, not noticing the other's presence. Lilith sat down elegantly and turned to the man behind the counter.

"One bottle of soju please."

After placing the order, the mysterious woman slowly turned to look at Xiaojun, who did the same, still smoking his cigarette. Xiaojun looked her up and down before their eyes locked, staring straight at each other, neither of them moving. Xiaojun's eyes quivered as they looked back at Lilith's, which were piercing into his soul, looking beyond his handsome features into the side that was unknown to strangers.

There was something terrifyingly worrying and strange about the beautiful stranger sitting in front of him. As if she would decide his fate...
