Blue eyes(Luke Hemmings)(Book 1)

Coreen walked at the empty halls of school. She wanted to skip school today but she doesn't have a valid reason and she doesn't want to tell her friends or Luke about 'him' because, they have their own problems and Coreen doesn't want to look like an attention seeker.

She was roughly pushed as the lockers, her back hitting the cold metal. She groaned in pain. She opened her eyes to meet gray ones...The gray ones she doesn't want to see.

"Well, well, well, what a pleasant suprise" His voice is dripping with sarcasm.

"Go away, Ryan!" Coreen said. Ryan raised a brow, an amused look on his face.

"Finally standing up for yourself huh? You and I both know you're terrified of me" What he said is true, Coreen is terrified but she can't let what happened to her happen.

"I don't know what the hell I did to you for you to treat me like this!" Coreem yelled and pushed him. He didn't bugde. "I never did anything to you Ryan! Is it because I'm not pretty like the girls at our school? Or because I beat you at everything you do?" Ryan's eyes snapped to hers, his eyes full of anger.

The weird thing is, her fear dissapeared, it was replaced with anger. Coreen glared back. He rested his hands beside her head.

"Take it back" He said, his voice low.

"Take what back?"

"You are not better than me! I should be Valedictorian! Not you, me!" He snapped, punching the locker on her left.

"So is this what it's all about? You bullied me for seven years because I always end up being number one? What is wrong with you?" Coreen spat. "I worked hard for that!"

"I worked harder!" He yelled. "I did everything! I used to be number one until you came in!"

"Are you hearing yourself right now? You're pathetic!" Coreen pushed his left arm and walked away.

"I am not yet done with you!" He roughly pulled her arm.

"Let me go, Ryan!" Coreen tried to remove his grasp on het but he wouldn't budge.

"I hate you so fucking much!" He spat.

"The feeling's mutual" Coreen replied, she finally got out his grip. "You want my spot? Work for it!" Coreen spat, there was a sudden boost of confidence at her. She turn on her heels and headed to the cafeteria,  leaving him there, standing in shock.
