Chapter 13

Sophia slightly woke up. A warm breath was brushing to her skin. Kai was there sleeping soundly on her chest. His body was hovering over her and you can see the difference of how small she is under him.

  Her hands touch his face. He look so calm and radiant in a morning. Like he wasn't plastering the cold aura that he always have when he's awake.

  Kai went a little rough last night. She doesn't want him to stop himself, She just let him be because she'd be willing to give anytime. Once again. Kai groan and move a little. His sleepy eyes bore to her, He let a small smile.

"Good Morning.." His voice was hoarse from sleep but she wanted to play a game.

  Sophia's face went completely blank while watching him fix his face like something matter today. "Take me home."

  It made him stop. "You had me again, Now let me go." He leave a smug at her.

"That's a plus but if you still don't believe my feelings, I'm willing to do it again and again with you in this house. I will never let you go until you do, Babe. Never." There was finality and irritation in his voice.

  She wanted to laugh right now but hid it under her cold persona. "Sex won't make me believe your confessions, Kai."

  His face went from a smug to emotionless all of a sudden. "It's not just sex, Sophia. Darn it! We made love numerous times last night! Don't fucking tell me it's a part to complete your plan, I won't buy it. You let me claim you over and over again. That only means i own your body, heart, mind, and soul."

Sophia chuckle and glare at him. "That would be a nice good morning for you, Don't you think?"

His eyes cringe at hers. "You're playing with me." She shrug. "I like seeing you fight over me.. because of me."

  Kai took a deep sigh. "Well then i'm willing for you to play with me, if that makes you happy."

  Sophia smiled and caress his face. "But seriously, I need to go home. I have to go check on my brother." His face went relax.

"I'll come with you. I need to investigate about what happen to him, Sophia. I'm not yet contented about this." She took a deep breath and nod.

"Fix yourself, I'll go get ready the car."

  THEY were in the car when Kai called someone on the phone. "Hey, Luke. I need you to do something."

Sophia turn at his direction. He seem serious about the investigation. Well knew what really happen she have the cctv copy but she'll let him discover on his own. It would be better.

"Remember Juniel Lee?.. Yeah. Investigate what happen that night. Call the three, I need to have a meeting with them." She frown at their conversation.

He ended the call after a few matter and drove the car to their home. It almost take a hour for them to arrive and She can already see Juniel outside the house like scolding the bodyguards or something.

"Let me handle him." Kai said and walk out of the car first. Juniel look at him and went straight to Kai who stand calmly infron of his Audi.

  They look like having an argument until Juniel threw a punch to Kai that made her shock. Sophia grab the door but she curse when she found out that it was automatically lock and Kai have the control. "Darn it!"

  The guards didn't came to stop the the commotion. Kai help himself to stand up and face Juniel. They were almost the same height but Kai has broad body than her brother but rather than that he didn't fought back.

  They had a little conversation like they were back to being calm and casual with each other. Until Kai came to unlock the car's door. She quickly step out and ran to check his bleeding lips.

"Juniel? Why do you have to do that?" She scold but her naughty brother just smile.

  "He deserve it anyway." She turn to Kai who's smiling now. Ugh. They are making her confuse. "Let's get you two inside, Cindy made a breakfast for everyone." Then he turn around to leave inside.

Sophia was also confuse why she's here but she was more worried about Kai. "Let's go. I'll treat you inside." He nodded like a little boy and they followed behind her brother.

  The two were surprise by Cindy who's preparing the table. The woman immediately greeted her. "Hello, Miss Sophia. Hey cous!" Kai nod at her as a reply.

  "Wait, what happen to you?" She pointed at the his bleeding lips. Kai just shook his head. "Don't mind it."

Sophia look at Cindy. "Ah- Could you get the medicine kit in the bathroom? It's just around the corner." Cindy smiled and oblige.

   Sophia motioned Kai to seat right next to her chair. "Juniel is really out of his mind."  Later on, Cindy came carrying a small box that says 'Med'. She help Sophia treating his wound until Juniel came from somewhere.

  "Juniel." Cindy called. "What have you done to my cousin?" Sophia and Kai silently watch the two fighting.

"He deserve it. I told him to take my sister home after the party but no, he is actually took her to HIS house."

"Juniel, Your sister is completely safe with my cousin. He's a good guy." Juniel being a stubborn that he is, he disagree.

"He still deserve it for not obliging me." Sophia was about to say a word but Kai interrupted her. "I need to talk with you later. Privately."

Juniel took a deep breath before nodding. He took a seat next to Cindy and started eating. Sophia and Kai followed the two and started eating on their own. They have the normal conversation but she can't help staring at Cindy. She's a very pleasant girl with gloomy attitude. Her face is like an angel fallen from the sky. Her height seem perfect with her brother and Now she ship them both.

  She knows Juniel too well and she can say he is very attractive to her.. or more than that. The way he stares at her is the way their father look at their mom. Like he is very in love.

After breakfast, Juniel walk to her private office with Kai. While she was left with Cindy. They had some common conversation a girl does. Cindy is very talkative unlike her brother. She is also very open at everything. Maybe the reason why Juniel fell for her.

  It took the two man an hour to get down and when it did, The bloomy atmosphere of the two woman were vanish. "Babe, we need to leave now. Uncle was searching for Cindy already."

  Kai was busy on his phone while striding his way to Sophia. Juniel decided to help Cindy out of the house. "I like Cindy." She can't help but comment. Kai seek her face and hid his phone in his pocket.

"I like you too." Sophia cringe at what he said. "Stop being cheesy, Kai. It don't look good on you." Kai laugh and pull her waist closer to him.

"I'll head to school after this. I need to fix the things about Juniel." Sophia was confuse.

  "What do you mean?" But Kai just shrug and peck her lips. "I'll be here at night. Take care for me, Okay? I love you." He kiss her again one last time before leaving her hanging.
