Session #10 - Whatever People Say I am, That's What I'm Not

???: "Recording start. Human Instrumentality Project. Subject J-zero-five-one-four-H, codename: Josiah. Ready for the eye implant operation."

It was an operating room with a greenish touch and some big tubes filled with bright yellow liquid. Some surgeons with their scrubs, surgical gown, hair cover, face mask, and latex gloves. At the end of the room there's a bottle filled with an eyeball with a bright red pupil ready to implanted to the subject.

A teenager male lying on the top of the operating room. The surgeons began to do the eye implant operation to the subject. As the surgeons try to insert the eye to the subject's eye socket, the room becomes dark.

Omen wakes up from his sleep, the sound of helicopter blades spinning is the only sound he can hear. He realizes that he was on route to his first mission with the team.

Jäger: "FIVE MINUTES!"

Ash: *screaming* "OKAY, LET'S DO A QUICK DEBRIEF BEFORE THE MISSION. IT WAS A BOMB SITUATION. THE MASKS HAS OCCUPIED A BANK IN GLASGOW. OUR JOB IS SIMPLE, ENTER THE BANK, ELIMINATE THE HOSTILES, AND NEUTRALIZE THE BOMBS. ANY QUESTIONS?"

Lion: "ARE THERE ANY HOSTAGES HELD BY THE MASKS?"

Ash: "THERE ARE NONE FOR THE TIME BEING, THE MASKS RAIDED THE BANK AT THE MIDNIGHT. BUT THERE ARE CASUALITIES FROM THE SECURITIES AND SOME FROM THE LOCAL COPS. LOCAL COPS HAS SET A PARAMETER AROUND THE BANK."

Jäger: "ONE MINUTE!"

Thermite: "CAN YOU REPEAT THE PLAN?"

Ash: "OKAY, WE DRONE IN TO GAIN INTEL ABOUT THE BOMB LOCATION. AFTER WE GAIN SOME INTEL ABOUT THE BOMB AND THE HOSTILE LOCATIONS, WE BREAK IN TWO GROUPS. I'LL GO FROM THE BANK'S ROOF WITH OLIVIER, JORDAN YOU GO WITH THE NEW GUY, AND KALI. I WANT YOU TO GIVE SOME COVER FROM THE BUILDING ACROSS. ANY MORE QUESTIONS."

The other operators nod.

ASH: "OKAY, LOCK AND LOADED!!!"

The Helicopter hovers at the top of the bank. As, Lion, Thermite, and Omen rappel down to the bank's rooftop. Kali stayed at the helicopter and she rappel down at the building across the bank then proceeds to give cover for the other operators.

Thermite runs to the roof's end to rappel down again to the ground. As Omen about to follow Thermite, Ash stops him.

Ash: "Remember, I don't trust you and will never do. Do anything stupid and I guarantee you will wake up in hell."

Omen: "I've experienced it, don't worry. I don't need your trust either, I won't betray the team."

Thermite: "OMEN! COME ON BUDDY!"

Omen: *jogs towards Thermite* "Right behind you."

After hearing Omen's response, Ash just fell silent and proceeds to punch nearby wall.

Lion: "You okay?"

Ash: "Yeah I'm okay, Thermite you ready?"

Thermite: *on coms* "Ready"

Ash: "Okay, drone out."

The operators turn on their drones and proceeds to scan the entire building.

Thermite: *on comms* "I've got visual on the bomb. Basement, on the bank's vault."

Ash: "Copy that."

Kali: "Hostiles at the windows, permission to engage."

Ash: "Copy that Kali. We will breach in and you will clear the hostiles to provide us some cover."

Kali: "Rog'"

Ash: "OKAY LET'S GO!"

Ash shoots her CREM Launcher to the barricaded door, she and Lion was greeted by some White Masks with their guns. Ash and Lion shoot back and killed them. Kali snipes the hostiles that she can see from her CSRX 300 scopes. Thermite and Omen ready to breach from the bank's garage door.

Thermite: "Ready?"

Omen: "Whenever you are."

Thermite: "Okay, time to ring some ears..."

Thermite places his exothermic charges on the garage's door then activates it. Upon the explosion some White Mask grunts screamed because the explosions' effect.

Omen: "CONTACT!"

Omen and Thermite fire their rifles and manages to kill some White Mask grunts, after clearing the garage. They proceed to the garage and clear the rooms they pass by.

Ash: "Any problems?"

Thermite: "Nah, we're good. Managed to get some kills also."

Ash: "Copy that, Thermite. Lion, scan!"

Lion: *activates EE-ONE-D* "Finding our rats... MERDE, HOSTILES ON OMEN'S BACK!!!!!"

Suddenly a grenade flies and landed on Omen's feet, he manages to kick them but the grenade explodes in mid-air. Omen and Thermite get thrown off because of the explosion.

Thermite: *coughs* "Fuck, Omen you okay buddy?"

Omen: "Fuck me, I'm good. Just some scratches."

Lion: "I heard an explosion, you two good?"

Thermite: "Just caught some grenade, we're good."

Ash: "Damn, we're on our way."

Suddenly a white mask charges towards Omen and chokes Omen on his neck, pinning him on a wall.

White Mask: "ABOUT FUCKING TIME YOU SHOW UP, TRAITOR!"

Thermite: "What? Traitor?"

Omen: "Yeah, I've returned from hell to drag you fucktwits back."

White Mask: "Not so fast, Josiah. YOU'LL COME TO HELL WITH ME!!!"

Omen suddenly realized the White Mask that choked him is a suicide bomber. Omen pulls out his P18 Glock and shoot the suicide bomber in his head. Killing him instantly.

Omen: *rubs his neck* "Fucking suicide bombers"

Thermite: "Care to explain?"

Omen: "Not this time, Thermite. Our job comes first."

Thermite and Omen proceeds to the bank's vault, they clear the remaining white masks that guard the bomb.

Thermite: "Site has been cleared."

Ash: "Roger that, we're on our way."

Moments later, Ash and Lion join Thermite and Omen on the bank vault.

Ash: *hands Omen the defuser* "Omen, plant the defuser."

Omen retrieve the defuser and plant it near the bomb. When he does the defusing sequence, Ash and Thermite walk into the room corner.

Omen: "Bomb has been defused, mission success."

Lion: "Are we clear now?"

Ash: "Wait a moment, Jordan?"

Thermite walks into Omen's back. He hit Omen's neck with his rifle's back.

Omen: "What the..."

Thermite: "I'm sorry, buddy. You owe us an explanation."

Omen slowly losses his consciousness. The last thing he saw was Ash, Thermite, and Lion rounding around him.
