Fall for you: Secondhand serenade
part one/three

Tonight will be the night that I will
Fall for you, over again,
Don't make me change my mind,
Or I won't live to see another day,
I swear it's true

Because a girl like you's
Impossible to find,
You're impossible to find.

3RD PERSON'S

"Cheol you don't listen!"

Shouting.

That was the sound that had echoed throughout Jeonghan and Seungcheol's apartment, a four year couple, live in partner.

"Jeonghan I am! All I'm saying is that we don't have time anymore—" Seungcheol, uncalmly, explains.

Where are they you may ask? They were inside their dark living room, not bothered to switch on the lights and settles for a dim lamp light at the corner of the room, which is bad, as the setting is enough to heat up the mood of their already burning atmosphere.

Jeonghan who just came home was still wearing his clothes just as Seungcheol, the younger had came home late, again. Igniting Seungcheol's last piece of patience and understanding, and ends up yelling at his lover.

Now, both of them has raging anger and pride, spreading all over the place like wildfire.

"That's why I'm trying, okay?! I'm trying, can't you see? I squeeze in my remaining time for you!" Jeonghan shouted back.

Time.

That was the thing they've been fighting, for days—if not, for weeks already.

Jeonghan is pursuing his dream as a model while Seungcheol pursues his dream as a song writer.

Though Seungcheol may have a bit more time for them, Jeonghan is the opposite, he's been coming home late and exhausted, barely greeting his lover and plopping himself to bed instead.

Seungcheol tries his best to understand, but it came to the point that Seungcheol has been sleeping alone in their supposed to be shared bed, and waking up to an empty space.

Eating alone in their supposed to be noisy, fun dining table, it's as if they lived together but barely see or even communicate. What are they? University kids in the same boarding house?

He tried, he really tried to understand, but it became unbearable that he exploded one day, confronting, but more like shouting at the younger for always, always coming home late.

Scolding and shouting at him one night, unfortunately, the younger was so drained, his exhaustion made his mood lower, thus, he shouted back.

And that was their first most heated argument, an argument about dreams and passion, and time. An argument that never ended.

And now it's been going on and on, again and again, fighting whenever the other comes home late from his shoot.

They stopped for a moment, nothing heard but their panting as their sweat trickles down their neck, tired from all the yelling they did just to prove their point that they were right.
