The next day I woke up around 10:30. I checked my phone and saw I had a text from Emily : "Hey don't forget shopping later :)" I groaned, then rolled out of my bed to take a shower. After I got out of the shower, I blow dried my medium length, light brown hair then curled it into lose curls. Then opened my closet and threw on a lace crop top, light blue high waisted shorts and a pair of brown sandals.
I looked at the clock, it was only 11:25 so I decided to go downstairs and have some brunch. I was greeted by my mom, dad and my little brother, Easton.
"Good morning sweetie!"
"Morning Mom, I'm going to the mall with Emily at noon."
"Ok, do you need any money?"
"No thanks Mom." I know what your thinking, WHY DIDN'T YOU TAKE THE MONEY!!! I have always been that kinda independent child, not always asking other to pay for things for me.
I sat down at the breakfast bar and had some Greek yogurt with berries while I continued to small talk with my parents.
I checked the clock to see it was 11:45.
"I should head out now, see you guys later." I gave my mom and dad a kiss then headed to the garage to get my car. Then it was off to get Emily.
