Chapter 39 : Hunch

One week later...

Arthit walked Kongpop to the door and encouraged him.  Today is Kongpop's first semester final exam day, after the exam is over they will have fun together.

"Fighting Kong."

Kongpop is happy, he has a good wife, strong children and a comfortable house.  His dream was not to sit on the highest chair feeling lonely and staring down enviously at freedom.

Seeing his cute wife, Kongpop couldn't bear to kiss him, he kissed his lips, eyes then forehead, whispering softly "Surely, after this ..."

Shy Arthit immediately shut Kongpop's mouth to prevent him from hearing embarrassing yet intriguing words.

Kongpop chuckled, "Fine .. fine .. you don't like being teased, I won't do it." Kongpop looked at his watch, it was time for him to leave but his heart still felt reluctant to leave them.

"It's time to go."  Arthit turned Kongpop and pushed little by little toward the door.

Kongpop still refused to go, he turned and looked deeply into Arthit's face, carefully filming every corner of Arthit's face.  Do not forget to give advice for Arthit and baby.

"Call me, if anything happens."

"Ok."

"Even just the little things bother you."

"Ok."

"I want to hug you."

Arthit felt that today Kongpop is very spoiled, he laughed and then spread his hands to let Kongpop into his arms.  Kongpop replied by hugging a little tightly.

"You know, we will never know, when was the last hug. Because of that, I will hug you every day. Talk to you, eat together, kiss you .."

Arthit complained lightly, "Don't be cheezy in the morning."  But the color on his face betrayed him.  Her cheeks flushed.

"I'm not cheezy, it's from my heart."

Arthit didn't know what to reply after hearing the next word.

Kongpop spoke sweetly and softly "I love you Arthit."

Arthit lowered his head in embarrassment, breaking away from Kongpop's embrace.  Kongpop never wanted to force Arthit to reply, if Arthit was ready, he would listen without asking.  Just waiting for the moment to come.

"Y-You'll be late .."

Kongpop said goodbye and replaced with Wayo who came.  Arthit was amazed that Wayo usually came for lunch, never this early.

"What is wrong?"

"Yo .. Yo .. don't want phi Tine to be embarrassed."

Arthit's face was full of big question marks.

"Yo see phi Tine crying. Phi Tine will be embarrassed if he finds out. That's why Yo play here."

Arthit moved aside to let Wayo in. There were still some breakfast dishes, the baby kindly offered them to Wayo.

Looks like Tine fell too deep ..

Even though it was only Arthit's guess, if you look at the events a week ago, maybe this is the only cause for Tine's sadness.

News about the marriage between Sarawat and Sher is already common news in the city of Bangkok, although not yet set an official date but the public already knows about it.

Arthit noted to himself, later that afternoon he would go to Tine's apartment and comfort him if Tine needed a friend to confide in.

Not long after, the phone rings.

What a busy morning this morning!

Arthit picked up the phone while Wayo sat down to eat breakfast well.

Hearing the explanation from the hospital made Arthit a little confused, accidentally making a frown between his brows.

"Should it be now?"

The voice from there was quite panicked, the hospital told Arthit to come for the test.  According to the info, there are several signs that can harm the unborn baby.  Especially considering that Arthit will soon give birth.

"But the baby's father is on an exam, what will it be when the baby's father returns?"

The hospital insisted, making Arthit curious.  He stated that he agreed to leave immediately, Arthit called Kongpop's cellphone but it was turned off after two dial tones.

Kongpop is on a test, it's not good to bother him.

This is just a check after all, he will go with Kongpop after the results come out.

Arthit walked over to Wayo who was enjoying his meal, "Yo .. I'll go for a moment. You stay home."

Wayo stopped the meal and asked to come along.

"I just went to the hospital for a check-up. It's not an interesting place."  Wayo still refused, and wanted to come along.

Arthit gave up, he let Wayo join but also warned him to behave properly.  If you feel afraid, you should tell him immediately.  The baby also promised to look after Wayo.

Wayo agreed to Arthit's terms and they both went to the hospital.  Arthit had messaged Kongpop before leaving.

"Huachi!"

Cheery sneezes, this is the third time Cherry has sneezed and her temperature is a bit hot.  Although mild but Forth is also worried, maybe Cherry has a mild flu.

Forth tells New to take Cherry to the hospital for a checkup, if there are no problems then that's better.

New felt that his brother was too worried, this was just sneezing.  It happens to all children.  Being stared at by his brother, New could not refuse.  He carried Cherry and gave her a warm jacket and went to the hospital.

Forth looked at Cherry who was carried away by New and felt lost.  Without him knowing, Cherry will go far away from him.
