I couldn't help but look at him. His silver eyes cast low, avoiding the crowd. He ran a hand through his platinum hair, and loosened his tie, rushing away. No one saw him, but me. Everyone else was too invested in their food to notice. So, against my better judgement, I decided to follow him.

His footsteps led me to the bathroom, and I peeked in. I didn't know what I was expecting, but it definitely wasn't this.

Draco Malfoy was crying. Literally crying. I couldn't leave him like that, being the Hufflepuff I was. So I stepped in, and cleared my throat, causing Draco to spin around instantly, his wand pointed at me.

"Draco don't." I said, putting my hand on my wand, ready to grip it if he attacks.
He sighed and put his wand back in his pocket.

"Go away." He ordered.
"No." My voice was meek but firm. I carefully walked to him, and turned him around to face me.

"What's wrong?" I asked him.
He looked away, silently.
I repeated my question, and he rolled his eyes.
"I don't know, goddamnit! I don't know what's wrong. I can't do it. I can't fix it."

I was quiet. I glanced at his arm, and saw it. The dark mark.

"Shit." He muttered, as he noticed me looking at his arm.

"But you're just sixteen." I finally spoke.
"I didn't have a choice alright? He would have killed my family, y/n." At this point he began crying again, falling to the ground.

My heart ached for him. I got down on my knees and pulled him in a hug. "You have a choice now." I whispered into his ear as he cried on my shoulder.
"I don't. I- I can't disappoint."

"Draco." I pulled away from him, and cupped his face, making him look at me. Making him realize how sincere I was.

"Join us. Dumbledore will help you. He wouldn't let anything happen to your parents. And if you join our side, your father may be disappointed, but he would realize that you made the right choice, because after all, he loves you. He loves you no matter what."

Draco broke down again, and pulled me closer to him. "You think so?"

"I know so." I whispered.

"Thank you." He said, and I clutched him tighter, smiling softly.

He pulled away, slowly, and rested his forehead on mine.

"Draco, what are you doing?" I bit my lip, and Draco dropped his eyes to them.

"You have three seconds to say no to this." He exhaled.

"Say no to what?"
But I knew exactly what he meant.

"Three."

"Two."

"One."

I inhaled sharply as he gently crashed his lips on mine, making my brain go fuzzy. His lips felt so good. I felt the butterflies in my stomach. I moaned as he bit my lip ever so slightly, and he smirked against my lips.
