Alone

~ Jack Gilinsky's POV
Paisley got off of Hayes an ran upstairs crying. "Really guys look what you did" they all frowned "I'm going to check on her you guys stay down here" I ran to her door and tried opening it. It was locked then I heard Paisley mumbling something but I couldn't make out what she was saying. Then I heard the sink then crying. I busted down the door and tried opening the bathroom door. I busted it down and saw Paisley on the floor bleeding really bad " PAISLEY" then she closed her eyes. Tears were pouring out of my eyes. "GUYS HELP, HELP PAISLEY IS HURT." I heard tons of footsteps come behind me and everyone stood there and gasped "SOMEONE CALL 911 SHE BARLY HAS A PULSE HURRY" Cameron called 911 and soon we heard an ambulance. I grabbed Paisley and sprinted down the stairs. The paramedics had a gurney and they put her on it "You have to drive separate no one is aloud to go with her okay sir" I nodded and everyone got in cars and I sped as fast as I could to the hospital. Everyone was crying but not as much as me and Hayes. We all ran into the hospital. I went to the counter. "Where is Paisley Gilinsky's room she's my sister" the lady searched on the computer. "room 247 on the third floor. I sprinted up the stairs and so did every one else. When I got to that floor the nurse spoke "Only family at the moment" that would only mean me I entered the room and cried harder. There was so many tubes hooked onto her. "Mr.Gilinsky?" the doctor said "Yes that's me" the doctor nodded " It appears your sister cut herself to deep and cut into a very important vein. She is in a coma and on life support." I was in shock "Is she going to be okay?" My voice cracked. " She has low chances of living but I'm not sure." the doctor said and walked out. "Hey Pay please wake up. Your my only sister, you and me are suppose to be in this together. I can't stay here unless your here, I don't know why you would hurt yourself. You are loved down here please don't leave me I need you, the guys are a wreck to especially Hayes. Please wake up I love you." I kissed we forehead and left the room.
~ Paisleys POV
I woke up and saw someone who looks just like me, she laid there in a hospital bed looking really pale and week. THATS ME WHAT HAPPENED. I see Jack come in and talked with the doctor I had no idea what they talked about. Jack ran to my side and said "Hey Pay please wakeup. Your my only sister, you and me are suppose to be in this together. I can't stay here unless your here, I don't know why you would hurt yourself. You are loved down here please don't leave me I need you, the guys are a wreck to especially Hayes. Please Wake up I love you" He said crying and kissed my forehead and left the room. I look like I'm going to die down there. Everyone else separately came in and talked. I sat and listened to everyone and I was crying. Then Hayes came in. My heart stopped. He came in with red, puffy, swollen eyes. He sat down in the chair next to the bed and held my hand. " Hi Paisley, I know you can hear me where ever you are. I love you so much best friend don't leave me please. Your my only friend that I can cuddle with and watch movies with. We have the strongest friendship a guy and a girl can have without dating. Your my other half. If you die I will die to I can't do this alone. Please come back, please I don't like seeing you hurt. If you want to let go I understand and it's okay to let go, but just know if you leave me here alone you better expect me to come for you up there soon after. I love you Pay please please please wakeup I just want you here. Everyone is a mess especially me and Jack. we are all slowly dying on the inside. Hopefully this isn't my last goodbye to you when your alive." He kissed my cheek and left the room. I followed him and watched him slide down the wall next to my hospital room and cry. I haven't seen him cry this much and it hurts me to. Then I looked for my brother.
(2 days later)
He got a phone call. He answered it and then hung up and punched the wall screaming. "WHY WHY WHY" all the guys pinned him and made him sit down. He was crying so much. He calmed down a little and walked into my room and I followed he stared at my lifeless body. "Your the only thing that's keeping me here. I found out the real reason mom and dad had you move in with me. They both have stage 4 cancer and are dying to. Please stay here I can't be here alone I need you. You gotta wake up." Then I looked at my heart monitor and it went blank "Beeeeeeeeep" NO I CANT BE DEAD! "NO PAISLEY" the nurse was trying to get him out "LET ME GO THATS MY SISTER, PAISLEY NOO PLEASE DON'T GO" they got him out and revived me my heart beat went back to normal. They didn't tell Jack they are trying to figure out why my heart stopped. I went to the boys to see what was happening. Jack was on the floor balling. JJ went up to him "Calm down and tell us what happened" Jack calmed down a little bit. "I was telling her I need her, and that mom and dad had her come here because they have stage 4 cancer, and that is why I got that phone call. Then I was crying with my head in my hands than all I heard was 'Beeeeeeeeep' then a nurse was taking me out of the room" JJ was soaked in tears and he just hugged my brother and they cried together "Do you want me to tell the others?" JJ asked Jack, Jack nodded. JJ told everyone what Jack told them and they all were balling and they had a group hug. A doctor came into the room, "Mr.Gilinsky" Jacks head shot up "Yes sir?" The doctor sighed "As you know Paisley's heart stopped, we don't know how it did, but it did. We were able to revive her and she's still on life support, the thing is if she doesn't wake up by tomorrow we have to pull the plug." WHAT?!?! No no no. "Sir that's my sister in there please just until she wakes up she's all I have left!?!?" he cried harder. "I'm sorry but rules are rules, but you guys can stay in there with her until 5 pm then we pull the plug if she doesn't wake up." Everyone nodded "Thank you sir." the doctor nodded. They went in my room and just all looked at my lifeless body. I need to wake up. They all ended up falling asleep, then I did to. I tried waking up and then I forced myself with all my might and my eyes fluttered open. I was in my body. IM ALIVE! "IM ALIVE, IM NOT GOING TO DIE!" All the guys shot up. Jack looked at me in utter shock "PAISLEY YOUR AWAKE!" he ran and hugged me and everyone else chimed in on it to! "Paisley you had me worried sick! I thought I was gonna lose my best and only friend!" Hayes said in tears. " I could never leave you guys, lets face it y'all need Jesus, and me" they all laughed and got out of the hug and Jack opened the door "SHES AWAKE!!!!" everyone laughed and the doctor walked in. " Hello Ms.Gilinsky I see your awake, how are you feeling?" I feel good for being in a coma. "I feel amazing!" I said and the doctor smiled. "You lost a lot of blood an all we have to do is give you some blood. Your brother donated for you." I didn't know he did that, maybe he did when all the guys were talking to me one on one. I looked at my big brother and smiled. "Aww you donated your blood for me?" I put a hand on my heart and I really cried. He didn't have to do that but he did it to keep me going, I appreciate it so much. "Aww Paisley don't cry, I did it because I made you a promise that I would keep you safe, this is part of the deal, you didn't think I was gonna let you go that easy did you?" I calmed down and laughed. "No I heard every word everyone said when I was in a coma, I was in heaven watching over you guys. You guys looked like a wreck, and you guys still do. Don't cry anymore because I'm here now." Hayes and Jack let out a couple of tears and everyone else just nodded. I got up but was to weak to stand. "Well come here you to." I said pointing to Jack and Hayes. all the other guys frowned. "You guys to this is a family hug." They all smiled and we hugged. The doctor injected the blood into my vein. " Now Ms.Paisley your gonna have to be in a wheel chair for a week because you lost 10 pounds and are very weak. Please stay in it until you shower or go to bed." Dang it that means when we go to Magcon I have to be in a wheelchair when I perform. "Okay thank you sir." he smiled "Your welcome and after a week we need you to come in so we can have the wheel chair back, and to weigh you in you need to gain back those 10 pounds or you will be to far under weight." I nodded and he told my brother everything then Jack signed the release papers and put me in my wheelchair and I was free. We went to a ice cream parlour got are usual ice cream and went home. I haven't been home in what seems like forever. "How long was I in that hospital bed?" The boys all looked at eachother. "Well Magcon is in two days you need to pack and in 30 minutes we gotta go catch our flight." Jack said I nodded. Then I realised that I can't go upstairs. Hayes picked me up and carried me to my room and put me on my bed and then went to get my wheelchair. He came back and put me in my wheelchair. Wait Alabama I can't go swimming. I frowned. Hayes saw me frowning. "What's wrong?" he looked concerned "I can't go swimming when I'm stuck in this stupid thing" I told him pointing to my wheelchair. He frowned then smiled. "When we go to the beach you can go on my back and we can swim to a deep part where I can still touch." I smiled and so did he. "Yay!!!" I'm excited now. I packed and he helped get my bags, and carried them then me and my wheel chair. I fell asleep on the couch. " Paisley wake up" I don't know who said that but I'm guessing Hayes "Leave me alone I'm tired" I said covering my face. "Paisley it's 7 we are going out to eat." I was asleep for 5 hours? "Okay I'm getting up" I sat up and got in my wheel chair and rolled to the door. "Lets go I'm hungry" they all slowly walked to the door. "Aren't you gonna change out of sweatpants and that t-shirt" Jack said. Oh yeah "I would but someone head to help me upstairs" I smiled and Jack carried me upstairs. I put on a neon purple V-neck and a black maxi skirt, then put on eye liner and mascara and braided my hair. Someone knocked on the door. "Come in!" it was Hayes. He picked me up bridal style and we went downstairs. He set me in the wheel chair and helped me out the door. I wheeled myself to the car and he helped me in and put the chair in the trunk. When we got there he helped me out and we ate and talked for a while. Then we went home and I was carried to my room and showered, got dressed brushed my teeth and hair, washed my face, and then went to my bed. I watched some Netflix and then fell asleep.
