Brook's P.O.V
I throw one box after another into the empty space of "my side" of the room. My roommate was probably off smoking weed with her group of ink splattered friends. Trust me I know what you're all thinking, "Weed smokers, at Berkley?" and my answer is yes. All of her friends are surprisingly very smart.
Well enough about shit that makes your lungs shrivel up and die, let me tell you about me.
Okay let's start with 5th grade. I was a preverted little 5th grader to be honest. 5th grade was okay, I had the best teacher and a nice group of friends and it was like everyone was equal, but then middle school. 6th grade, I wasn't mean, I wasn't ugly, or fat but I was bullied, like everyone else at least once in their life. Then 7th grade, my parents fought a lot because my dad slept with one of his ex girlfriend's from college, so they divorced. I didn't have super close friends I could talk to and I had no one at home either, so depression started and lasted until the beginning of my sophomore year in high school. It literally swallows you. You feel lazy, tired, insecure, mopey, and just plain sad, you don't even know why half the time. So in the beginning of my sophomore year I decided it was time to change and focus on my dreams. So I through away my social life and decided to actually do it. I became all of my teachers pets and volunteered at hospitals for my dream to come true and now my dream is starting. But I'm alone with it.
