A few days went over. Harry somehow made it into the quidditch team. Draco was furious. He came to me to complain about how unfair it was.
I got annoyed by Susan and Hannah too. I overheard them saying that they're only friends with me, because they think me or my family will kill them. They somehow knew where my last name came from. They didn't know I overheard them. That was great I guess. Sometimes I wish I was sorted into Gryffindor. Just because all my friends were in there and they're not annoying, if that makes sense.
I sat alone during breakfast. Usually I sat with Susan and Hannah, but now I sit want to sit alone. Zacharias asked me if I was okay and of course I said I was. I didn't want him to get mingled in this. He was to nice for that. When I finished my breakfast, I hurried off to the Gryffindor table and sneaked between Hermione and Ron.
"Hey Y/N. What are you doing here?" Ron asked.
"Long story short, Susan and Hannah sort of hate me, but they don't know I know." I said. Everyone looked confused at me. I didn't want to give more attention to it and looked over the other Gryffindors to avoid the stares. I noticed I wasn't the only Hufflepuff sitting on the Gryffindor table. There was another Hufflepuff girl sitting with the redhaired twins. I had seen her a few times in the common room, but never really payed much attention to her. She noticed me too. We both looked confused at each other.
"What are you doing here?" she asked.
"Could ask you the same." I answered. We stared at each other for a moment and smirked. She stood up and sat between Harry and Neville.
"I'm Lisa Black by the way. Nice to meet you." she said.
"I'm Mila Lestrange!" I said. She gasped. I thought she was gonna scream or run away, but instead she said: "Cool! Both our parents are in Azkaban!". Ron, Harry and Hermoine looked at me in confusion.
Lisa luckily noticed that they didn't knew about my parents and said: "I'm only joking!".
Lisa smiled at me and I gave her a 'thank you' nod.
"Why are you sitting on the Gryffindor table by the way? I thought you had Hufflepuff friends." Lisa asked.
"You can not really call them my friends anymore." I said. Lisa didn't ask any further and nodded.
"I'm here, because first of all, I don't know why I got put in Hufflepuff and second of all, all my friends are in here." Lisa said. I nodded.
We spoke the rest of our breakfast. She was really nice and funny. I like her.
"I'm horrible at Herbology." Lisa said as we walked to the greenhouses.
"Really? I'm actually good at it." I said.
"We should become partners so that you can help me." she suggested.
"Sorry, I've already agreed to partner up with someone else." I said. She said that it was okay and went to sit with a Gryffindor. She was really chill. I thought I would hurt her or something, but she wasn't. I looked over and saw Neville waiting alone. I walked over to him.
"Hello hello." I said and stood next to him.
"Hey, Mila." he said as a smile appearing on his face. "I thought for a moment that you picked someone else as your partner, if I'm honest." Neville said.
"Of course not. Someone asked me, but I rejected it." I answered. He sighed of relief. I noticed Lisa looking at us. She wiggled her eyebrows. I returned her a death glare.
