It's been one month since George and I broke up. I Have Kicked his ass in two games of Quidditch, Which is extremely satisfying. And I've started painting on my free days in the courtyard with Dean Thomas. I'm making myself every morning run down to the pitch to sprints so I can get in better shape for the Ravenclaws game with the Slytherins. I hope to god we don't lose against them. Mikayla and Fred started dating. They're adorable together, I wish George and I worked out. He often tries to talk to me in the hallways but I just sorta slip away before he gets to me. Since I got a bow for Christmas this year from Uncle Remus I planned to try it out after my run.

I felt a down craving for a beagle as I ran up the sloped sunbathed lawn. I might as well stop for a beagle in the great hall anyway..."Mel scoot your bloody ass over!" I chuckled pushing Mel over so I could lean over the table and grab a beagle. When I said this, an annoyed Angelina popped her head out over her copy of the Daily Profit. "What are you wearing? It's inappropriate." Angelina asked a look of disgust. I was wearing tight black workout pants, a sweat-shirt opened a little on my chest, and a sports bra. "Umm, why do you care? Exactly you shouldn't, do you want to start this with me right now?" I snapped. She slumped a little farther in her seat. "Athena? Are we painting today?" Came Dean's voice. " Yes of course." welp I guess the bow will have to wait till later..."meet me down on the field at...11?" He put in. "Sounds great," I agreed. I could feel George's gaze lingering over me like a soft breeze. "Mel, is he staring again," I whispered from the corner of my mouth. "Oooh, he is...Welp go get ready for your date then...oh and don't wear your reading glasses," Mel advised. "Ok then. Wait where are you going?" I asked when Mel stood up and started walking down the table. "George.." Mel indicated the pale, guilty face of George Weasley. He looked like he hadn't slept in days. Melanie gave me a menacing look and pointed to the spot next to her. She knows something. But I walked up and stood alongside her as she confronted George. "George?" she asked, He looked up at us quickly, but his eyes fell on me. "Oh hello, Nina-I...I'm sorry about what I did. I know It's hard but-" I cut him off. " I forgive you...but I need space..." I finished. " oh-ok..well whatever you need love," he soothed. I recoiled at his words and walked away. God that really hurt to do..." You Just hurt her, George...she needs time." I Mel said to George as I walked away.

When I met Dean in the Entrance hall two Hours later with my paints and my easel. "I have a great spot. Really? Op!" I chuckled as he wrapped a blindfold over my eyes. " Here take my hand we'll go slow I promise," I grabbed his hand tightly. " Ok don't let me fall," I snorted. We walked for around 15 minutes before we arrived at the spot. "Here we are..." Dean said, pulling off the blindfold. It was a circular clearing in the forest, with tall grass and a small stream ran through the middle of it. "Wow, now this is nice," I noted, I was in awe of the beauty. We put up our easels and got to work. "Hey, are you ok?" Dean asked, shifting nervously in his seat. "Yeah I think so, I mean sitting out here with you is pretty relaxing. Don't you think?" I chuckled, wiping my forehead with the back of my hand. " No, I mean with George. Are you ok?" He repeated. " You know what? No, I don't think I'm Dean...I feel like-" Dean cut me off. "You don't have to tell me you know. If you do ever need to talk to me I'll be there. You don't have to push yourself to tell me. It'll be ok. I promise," he soothed. We left the clearing after about an hour. We talked and ranted about classes and the teachers. But It was reassuring to know that I had someone to go to that kept my secrets at Heart Besides Mel.
