Chapter 10

You decide to do and Instagram live. Within the first few minutes there's a few hundred people.

"Hey guys." You say.

You see Lauren has joined. You do something that allows her to actually on the live.

"Hey Lauren." You say.

"Hey Y/n."

You two talk and address a few comments.

"When are you planning on making a music video for your song?" Lauren reads.

"Whenever Lauren's down for it. I wouldn't mind doing it whenever she's free. A video for the song would be good." You say.

"Yeah. I'm down. We could work on it whenever you're free." Lauren says.

"Awesome."

"Y/n, i love your newst song! Please say hi!" Lauren says.

"Hi! I like that song too. It gives off some weird vibes i haven't gotten to understanding yet but maybe you guys got it." You say.

"Yeah there was some strange vibes from that song." Lauren says.

You laugh.

"It wasn't intended guys. The lyrics came to mind. I'm not actually allowed to swear around anybody for some odd reason but I'm 16, nearly 17, fuck the rules." You say.

Lauren laughs.

"So anyway, i was thinking, me, you and a few people could hang out tomorrow." Lauren says.

"Sounds fun." You say.

You and Lauren decide to answer some questions.

"Lauren there's a question for youuu."

"Ask meeee!"

"When's your next song coming out?" You ask.

"I have no idea." Lauren says.

You laugh.

"I mean fair enough." You say.

"Your turn. Do you have eyes on anybody?" Lauren asks.

"I do actually. I have done for about a week now." You say.

"Spill!" Lauren shouts.

You laugh.

"No this is staying quiet. I dont really feel comfortable everyone knowing who I'm dating."

"Keep it that way too because when people find out nobody you date will be quiet." Lauren says

You and Lauren answer a few more questions before you have to go.

"Well it's been fun, but, I'll see you tomorrow." You say.

"See you tomorrow." Lauren says with a little smile.

You end the live and continue writing the lyrics to a song. The next morning, you wake up to someone banging on your door.

"What?!"

The door opens. It's Bobby.

"Sorry. What's up?" You ask.

"There's some visitors for you."

"Let em in."

Dinah, Normani, Ally, Camila and Lauren walk in.

"That's bed head." Dinah says.

Ally swats her. You yawn and brush your hair.

"You fuckers just woke me up."

"You forgot about the going out plan today?" Lauren asks.

You laugh.

"Sorry. I'm not very nice when I'm tired."

"No shit." Dinah says.

Ally swats her again. You grab your phone.

"Where to?" You ask.

"We found a quarry thing. We're planning on going there." Ally says.

"Cool. Lets go." You say.

You grab your song book and phone and follow the girls. You all climb into the big car and 'I dont wanna live forever' comes on.

"Turn it up Big Rob." Dinah says.

He turns the song up and you all sing at the top of your lungs. You all soon turn up at the quarry.

"Rob, please keep our stuff safe." Ally says.

"I will girls."

You put the your book and phone in the car. You all go to the edge.

"Who's in first?" You ask.

"You!" They all shout.

"What?" You ask.

Before you turn, they push you in. You manoeuvre yourself so you dont belly flop. You swim back up.

"You guys fucking suck!" You shout.

They all laugh and jump in. Lauren lands near you. You all spend a good few hours hanging around. Lauren goes under.

"So anyway, Camila, i was thinking maybe we could do the colab tomorrow?"

Then, before she answers, Lauren pulls you under and goes back up. You go back up.

"Lauren!" You shout.

The girls are practically dying of laughter. After a while, Camila and Ally go to a part of the water near a wall and makeout.

"Is this what their plan was?" You ask.

"More than probably." Dinah and Normani say.

You all eventually leave the water and lay down.

"Today has so been much fun." Camila says.

"It really has." You say.

You and Camila burst out into laughter.

"What's funny?" Normani asks.

"Nothing. It's just we pretty much had the exact same ending of our talk the other day." Camila says.

You all eventually get back into the car. Big Rob drops you at your studio and takes the girls home. You go to your room and sit at your desk. You end up falling asleep while watching a movie on your phone.
