Chapter 17~ Ace POV

Ace POV

Me and Tyler were testing samples in medbay waiting for Lexi.

"I have no fucking clue how to do this," I sighed.

"Neither do I," he replied grimly.

"Well, should we ditch this and go find Lexi..?" I ask, desperate to find her and make sure nothing bad happened.

"Yeah sounds good," said Tyler, slightly smirking at my words.

"What," I spat.

"It's nothing..."

We walked out of medbay and started searching in the cafeteria.

"Lexi!" I called.

About 10 minutes later we still couldn't find her.

"Dude where is she?" Tyler asked, concerned.

"There is one place we haven't checked," I murmur, staring at my map.

"Where?"

"Security..."

"Well then let's go!"

Me and Tyler peek into every room while we go to security. Then we see Lexi and Harper; Harper was on the ground uncontrollable sobbing into her knees and Lexi was crouched down in front of her trying to calm her down.

I nudge Tyler, "Bro this is your chance! go!"

"Well you're coming too." He responds

We jogged over too them.

"What happened!" Tyler yelled at Lexi.

"I DON'T KNOW ONE SEC I WENT INTO REACTOR TO DO A TASK THE NEXT I SEE HER ON THE GROUND LIKE THIS!"

"Wait what happened to Kai!" Tyler scolds.

"I checked security and he was gone," Lexi answers.

"It was Kai wasn't it..." I asked.

"I don't know! She is just crying!" Lexi protests.

Oh my god you stupid asshole you don't just sit there while your girl is crying. HELP HER ARE YOU CLUELESS!?

I whisper into Tyler's ear, "Just fucking hug her or something!"

Tyler looks at me funny and mouths 'no'. I roll my eyes.

"Excuse me did you just roll your eyes at her?" Lexi asked, glaring at me.

"Wha- no no that was-" I started to explain.

"That's just rude! Even for you!" she scolded.
