Marinette's POV~

As Marinette walked inside the hotel, she was immediately hugged by Chloe. She closed hey eyes as she waited for her friend's upcoming scolding.

'Why the heck are you coming so darn late?! We're in Gotham for Kwami's sake!'

Marinette sighed as her teacher budged her way towards her.

'Marinette, care to explain why we've all been waiting for our tickets. Why couldn't you just be a normal person and follow us onto the bus? Do you have any idea how long we've been waiting?'

Marinette groaned as different scoldings hit her from all directions. She finally lost it and practically screamed:

'You left me alone in Gotham for ladybug's sake. I could be dead, a hostage and even worse things and all you care about is your darn tickets! You didn't even bother to call the police. My poor tired legs are practically trembling, yet all you care about is your poor tickets. So go on, get them, and leave me the heck alone!'

Storming to the person accepting tickets, she tried her best to politely asked for the tickets. As they were handed out, she disappeared into the hallway. But a little birdy had been watching her and little did she know, she was going to see him the next day.
