"Shit..." Tendou laid his forehead on the table to cover the little shade of pink painted on his face, thinking about y/n's little 'i missed you'. She did say something more but those three words were the only ones highlighted to him.

"Tendou Satori!" The professor yelled his name for the third time turning his life back to earth. "You were spacing out, pay attention." the professor lectured.

Y/n shot her eyes open after hearing the ocean waves. "Wake up, we're almost there." Tendou mouthed in a hush tone.

Y/n got off her head from Tendou's shoulder and sluggishly rubbed her eyes. Soon enough they hopped out of the bus.

They took a walk closer to the ocean that reflects the sky. Their eyes could see the paradisiacal beauty of the water.

While still wearing their school uniforms, the two removed their socks and shoes and soaked their feet in what seemed to be crystal clear water. They felt the fine sand that was rippling along with the pebbles scattered everywhere.

It was so warm for their heart to take. The sound of the waves splashing on their feet as well as the birds cheeping made it more bewitching.

*snap *snap

Tendou's eyes widened a bit after hearing the camera's sudden sound. "I took us some pictures," said y/n chuckling. "I will send these to you."

As y/n opened the chat tab, Tendou's brows squished together. "What?" he questioned.

"What?" innocent y/n asked back.

"Why's my nickname bowl cut???"

"Pft," When y/n saw the embarrassed face of the man, she tried to hold back her laughter but ended up laughing so bad in the end, she couldn't even breathe. "HAHAHA- USHI... HAHAHA USHIJIMA-SAN TOLD ME,"

"Told you what?"

Tendou's face went blank. He stood there like an idiot, watching y/n laugh and waited for her to calm down.

"Ushijima said you had a bowl cut when you were a kid and sent me a picture of it," She said chuckling through words as she wiped the tears escaping from the corner of her eyes.

"I'll never forgive him," Tendou whispered with resentment. "Will you please change my nickname? It's kinda embarrassing," he added, scratching his neck.

"Will never do that," Y/n wickedly grin.

Another squeak from the flock caught their attention once more. Y/n and Tendou noticed how much of tomatoes their cheeks were. Who knows? maybe it was the sun's fault...

Or maybe it was the fruit of ecstasy in their chest at that moment.

"The sun's setting," Tendou said, soft as the cotton-like clouds scattered above.

"Yeah... sunset's beautiful," y/n murmured under her breath. In that very brief moment of time, there was a statement in Tendou's mind directly for y/n and for y/n alone.
