Today I really wanted to talk to you guys about something. Feelings. How would you define them?
I really don't know what are them. Are they an abstract concept? Or maybe just a reaction in our brain that manifests symptoms in different parts of our body? Are things we're learned to believe in or just something we really feel?
When you search the definition online you'll almost always find the word "reaction", from a scientific point of view. But I don't seem to see any research that studies it from a human point of view, I only find researches, results and more experiments. Science. Are we really feeling how they're telling us we do? The only answer I've found is that, yes, there is a common reaction we all have, but it's also different from the other we have, and that's because we all are different from each other, and we have it depending from the reality we're living in, or from a thing just happened.
No one is suppose to tell us how we're suppose to feel. We have our own way to express our pain, happiness, joy, sadness, depression... . If you feel you're having a toxic friendship or relationship, I would advice you to talk to that person and try to figure out what's going on, and if you can fix that problem.
