"Do you want to help me find him?"
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
'Wait, why did I never think of that!?' I thought, mentally slapping myself.
"Yes!" Me and Yua shrieked in sync. We was determined to do this.
"Great! But the only thing is....when?" Gon suddenly sat down on the floor and started pondering.
"Tomorrow! Let's just do this, guys!" Yua exclaimed, punching the air. Me and Gon looked at each over and nodded.
This was it.
We're coming, Kil.
-
Since we're going tomorrow, Gon and Yua decided to sleep at my house. We spent hours packing, talking, laughing, playing games and much more. It was weird talking to another boy other than Killua, but me and Yua could tell we would all get along very well. We haven't even known Gon that long, but we already understand his personality; Optimistic, kind, and very...VERY innocent. Maybe a little too innocent.
"Ne, Y/N, Yua? Want to watch a movie?" Gon whisper-yelled.
Me and Yua exchanged looks. "Sure, Gon! What movie?" Yua beamed.
"Well..." Gon unzips his backpack and takes out a movie CD. "This is Killua's favourite movie. Everytime we wanted to watch a movie, he would force me to watch this with him." He smiled weakly.
I faked a smile. "Yeah, let's watch it. What's it called?" I asked.
"Every day." He looked up. "I don't know why it's his favourite, It's really sad. And, you know Killua. He's not exactly that type of sweet, sappy guy."
"Let's watch it!" Yua grabbed the CD.
-
"THAT WAS SADDDDDDDDDDDDD!" I sob, blowing my nose into some tissues. Gon and Yua just laughed.
"That ending sucked! Come on, she just happily walked away with Alexander like it was nothing!" Yua pouted, throwing herself onto the bed.
"I've seen this movie way too many times..." Gon sweat-dropped. Me and Yua giggle at his words.
"Hey, Gon?" I said.
"Hm?"
"How are we going to find Killua?"
"Well...look for clues, of course! I'm sure Killua would've left us with SOMETHING to work with." Gon exclaimed, smiling.
"I guess you're right." I smiled back.
Tomorrow is the day.
The day we go find Killua.
-
Beep! Beep!
I smacked the alarm clock. It was 10:30AM. I yawned and looked around the room. Gon was already awake, as predicted. Yua was fast asleep, so me and Gon decided to pull a prank on her.
"Hey, Gon! Yua is asleep still, so let's go do something!" I chirped, smirking.
"Okay, Y/N! Let's go to the mall!"
"DID SOMEONE SAY MALL-"
Me and Gon were hysterical. "And now you see her obsession with shopping, Gon." I laughed, clutching my stomach.
"You guys! Not cool...." She punched our shoulders playfully.
The door creaked open. It was my Aunt!
"Hey guys! I just thought I'd bring you a snack. I heard all about what you're doing today. Good luck!" She whispered in a sleepy voice. Aww, she woke up just to make us that?
"Thank you, auntie!"
"Arigato-gozaimasu!" Yua and Gon purred.
-
We were all set. We grabbed our backpacks and other supplies and headed into York New City.
After 30 minutes of walking, Gon stopped in his tracks. We stopped too, confused at his actions.
"I have a great idea!" He yelled.
"Spit it out, then!!" Yua was growing impatient. She had been whining about her feet hurting the whole way.
"We should do the Hunter's Exam! It will get us fit and ready. We have no idea what will happen in the future, so we should prepare!"
"That's smart! I replied cheerfully. "How do we get there, though?"
"That's where I come in!" Yua slid in-between us, winking. "So, as you may know, the entrance to the exam area is through the Pizza Place. My dad works there and he can easily get us in! He was always telling me to try the exam out, after all." She declared proudly.
"Perfect! Does anyone have directions?" Gon asked.
"I have google maps?" I shrugged.
"Alrighty! Let's go!" He skipped away while me and Yua followed behind him.
-
"Hey, dad." Yua waved at a man in his late 30's.
"Yua! What are you doing here? YOU HAVE FRIENDS?" He wiped a happy tear from his eye.
"Dad! Yes, I have friends!" Yua went flustered, turning her head away from us. Me and Gon weren't helping. We was kind of having a laughing fit.
"Anyways, we need to get in you-know-what." Yua turned back towards us.
"Ah, I gotchu."
Her dad walked over to the chef's room and it looked like he was giving him an order.
"Come with me." He gestured us over to a room in the back.
We hurried behind him, making sure not to bump into anybody in the restaurant. Gosh, it's busy in there.
"Here's your table!" He smiled. Gon and I had no clue what was going on. Why do we need a table? Aren't we going to the exam.
Yua just stood there with a smug look on her face. I guess her dad used to tell her how everything worked.
"Enjoy you're stay. Oh! And don't die! Your mother will kill me, Yua!" Her dad snapped.
"Hai, hai, Dad!" She rolled her eyes and laughed.
The man shut the door, and, for a few moments it was just silence.
"Hey guys? I'm confus-" I got cut off by the room. It seemed to be....moving?
"WOAHH!" Gon yelled, holding on to Yua.
"Calm down! It's just an elevator!"
"Ah, I see..."
The door opened to what looked like a ginormous hall of people. We cautiously stepped out of the elevator to be greeted by a man giving out badges.
"Ah, new people! Here are your badges." He gave us all a white badge with a number on it. Mine was 406, Gon's was 405 and Yua's was 407.
We walked over to an isolated corner so we could breathe. Everyone was packed like sardines in there, what do you expect?!
We was all minding our own business until this rather round man came over to us. He wore a blue vest and had badge number 16.
"Hey guys! I'm Tonpa. You must be new examinees!" He spoke.
"Hi, I'm Gon!"
"The names Yua."
"Y/N."
"Nice to meet you, kiddos!" He hesitated for a moment, but then carried on "Say...you guys look thirsty. Want some juice? I have tons of cans that I just can't drink by myself." He took out a can of orange juice.
This seemed sketchy, I didn't like it one bit. But of course, Gon said yes.
Tonpa handed us each a can of orange juice. Just as Gon was about to gulp it down, a boy a few inches taller than Gon took it out of his hand. The boy had blonde hair and a red and blue looking jumpsuit on.
"Heyyy, that's mine!" Gon whined, trying to snatch the juice out of the young man's hand.
"Don't drink it, guys. This man put poison in it. My friend Leorio over there sadly drank it and now has diarrhea." He spoke calmly.
"Hey! You don't need to go telling everyone, Kurapika! Plus, it's Mister Leorio to you!" He yelled, raising up a fist at the blonde haired boy.
"Oh, Leorio! We already went over this. Quit grumbling and get over here!" He snapped impatiently. "I'm Kurapika, and you already know that he is Leorio." Kurapika smiled at us all.
"Hey, Kurapika. I'm Y/N. These are my friends Yua and Gon!" Y and G waved.
"Nice to meet you all."

Suddenly, the room went darker.

Hello Reader-Chan! This is where it starts getting good. I do know people include the HE a lot in fanfictions, so I will not be including a lot of scenes. The original plot of the story will continue up to the Heavens Arena Arc, and then it will turn into my own original plot. Thank you for reading! I love you <3
