Maya sat in the McQueen house. All that she could think about was Esmè. She looked at a photo of her from when she was first born. She missed her baby. And she just wanted to be her mum. And she hated it. She hated that she was gone. It broke her heart.

Maya sighed as she stood up. She heard a knock at the door. She answered it and smiled as she saw Warren. "Hello princess," he said.

Maya raised an eyebrow at him. "What do you want?" She asked.

Warren looked to her and smirked. "You said you wanted my help. And I'm going to give it."

"And how are you going to do that?" Maya asked as she looked at him.

"I'm going to buy the club. And get close to Grace. And I'm going to find out the truth. And what happened to your baby. I promise. My ex aborted my baby. I know it's not the same. But I know what it's like to lose a baby," Warren said.

Maya looked to him and smiled as they held a look. He placed a hand on her cheek and smiled. Maya knew there was something going on with her and Warren. But she didn't know what it was.

Maya walked through the village as she saw Grace. She smiled. "Have you been avoiding me?" Maya asked as she looked at her best friend.

Grace looked to her and smiled. "Of course not. I'm sorry. I've just been feeling unwell. My dad is trying to get out. And Ste is back on drugs. I know I said I'd be there for you after Esmè. I feel like I've let you down," Grace said.

Maya smiled and looked to her. "You haven't. You have been there for me more than my mum. She's in Spain. She couldn't come back from the funeral. It's hard. But Warren has been there for me. He said he wants to help me find out what happened to Esmè. What really happened. I know it sounds crazy Grace. But I know that they killed her," Maya said.

Grace looked to her and smiled. "You're not mad. You're a mum. And you're grieving. And in your heart you know that there's something wrong. I'll call Sami and see if he can speed up the results. Okay?" Grace said as Maya looked to her and smiled.

Maya sat in the McQueen house. She sighed as she heard a knock at the door. She stood up and answered the door. She frowned as she saw Sami. "Sami? What's going on?" She asked as she looked him.

"I have the results of Esmè's post-mortem. I'm so sorry," he said as he looked to her.

Maya frowned as she looked to him. She took the letter from him and sighed as she looked down at it. She was scared and she knew she had to find out the truth of what had happened to Esmè. But with the truth of it in her hands, was she ready to deal with it all?
